1. According to the position of the motor along the shaft and the vertical axis (often taking the center line of the motor), two tensioned steel wires are installed at a certain height on the foundation, and the steel wire is tied with a cantilever hammer as a benchmark for adjusting the position of the bottom plate.

2. Install the foundation bolts on the foundation and place the backing plate on the surface of the foundation with the periphery along the position of the bottom plate (the foundation bolts and backing plate are provided by the user). And try to put it under the underframe reinforcement.

3. Remove the bearing cover and bearing pads that have been fixed on the seat bearing on the bottom plate, hang the bottom plate on the horn together with the bearing seat, adjust the position along the axis of the base plate by using the cantilever hammer, and adjust the horizontal position and height of the bottom plate by using the backing plate. The position of the bottom plate is adjusted, that is, the foundation bolts are tightened, and finally the levelness is recalibrated with a level, and the bubble deviation of the level is not allowed to be greater than 1 2 indexes (1 index is equivalent to 1m inclination, and the backing plate is fixed between them.

Installation of the motor.

1) The motor is the largest part of the whole fan, and the hoisting is hoisted by the overhead crane in the plant.

2) The motor installation is based on the main exhaust fan for installation and alignment.

3) The axis of the motor and the fan must be strictly in a straight line, and the concentricity of the motor and the fan must comply with the provisions of the technical documents during installation.

4) Place the motor and the bottom of the bearing box on their respective bases, find the level on the split surface of the motor bearing seat and the motor journal, and adjust the inclined horn under the base to ensure that the level meets the requirements of the specifications and drawings.

5) The contact area of the two bearings of the motor is also checked by the coloring method, and the gap and differential pressure interference value of each part are measured by the lead pressing method.

3. Install the fan first, then install the motor, find the center, and do a good job of dynamic balance;

For the airflow problem of the outlet flue, you can check the capacity of the desulfurization induced draft fan and the layout of the outlet flue of the main exhaust fan, whether there is a problem of competing for air from each other.

According to our fan factory's years of R&D, production and practical experience, we generally take 3200kw as the dividing line, and we recommend using high-voltage asynchronous motors for sintered main exhaust fans with power below 3200kw; For the supporting motor above 3200kw, we recommend using a high-voltage synchronous motor for the consideration of grid compensation. If the factor of grid compensation is not considered, it is more cost-effective to use asynchronous motors than synchronous motors, so we also see that some users are using 3600kw high-voltage asynchronous motors or 4500kw high-voltage asynchronous motors.

For the sintered main exhaust fan with a power of less than 3200kw, it is recommended to use a high-voltage asynchronous motor; For the supporting motor above 3200kw, it is recommended to use a high-voltage synchronous motor for the consideration of grid compensation. If the factor of grid compensation is not considered, the use of asynchronous motors is more cost-effective than synchronous motors, so it is also seen that some users are using 3600kw high-voltage asynchronous motors or 4500kw high-voltage asynchronous motors.

With synchronous machines, large high-voltage motors, synchronous machines can compensate for the power factor of the power grid.

It has something to do with the damper, the air inlet is too small, the wind cannot be sucked, and the current is naturally small.

Precautions for installation of exhaust fans:

When installing, pay attention to whether each fastener is installed tightly to ensure that the exhaust fan can operate normally and safely.

The installation of the exhaust fan should pay special attention to the stable installation, to put the exhaust fan in a stable horizontal position, but also to install the exhaust fan to a convenient operation of the direction, in order to facilitate daily use.

1. The choice of exhaust fan 1. When it is directly installed on the hole in the wall to discharge the indoor dirty air to the outside or suck in fresh air from the outside, the shutter ventilation fan should be selected, so the louver ventilation fan is also called the partition wall ventilation fan. 2. When it needs to be installed on the glass doors and windows of living rooms, shopping malls, hotels, offices and entertainment venues, window ventilation fans should be selected. 3. When the place where the ventilation fan needs to be installed is equipped with a ceiling, and there is an air outlet on the ceiling that is directly discharged to the outside manhole, a ceiling or duct ventilation fan can be selected.

4. When the place where the exhaust fan is installed is equipped with a ceiling, and the ceiling stop is pre-equipped with a pipe to the outside, a ducted ventilation fan should be selected to use its higher wind pressure to exhaust to the outside. 2. Exhaust fan installation 1. Before the installation of the exhaust fan: before the installation of the fan, carefully check whether the fan is intact and undamaged, whether the fasteners and bolts are loose or fall off, and whether the impeller has a collision hood.

Carefully check whether the fan blades or louvers are deformed or damaged during transportation; When installing and selecting the environment of the air outlet, it should be noted that there should not be too many obstacles on the opposite side of the air outlet. 2. When the exhaust fan is installed: the installation is stable

When installing the fan, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan, and adjust it to the level of the fan and the foundation plane to be stable. After installation, the motor should not be tilted; When installing the fan, the adjusting bolt of the motor should be in a position that is convenient for operation. to adjust the belt tension for easy use; When installing the fan bracket, it is necessary to make the bracket and the foundation plane horizontal and stable, and install an angle iron next to the fan for reinforcement if necessary; After the fan is installed, the tightness around it should be checked.

If there is a gap, it can be sealed with a sunlight plate or glass glue. 3. Exhaust fan installation completed: After the installation is completed, check whether there are any tools and sundries left inside the fan.

Toggle the fan blades with your hand or lever to check whether there is too tight or rubbing, and whether there are any abnormal phenomena that hinder the rotation of the items before the test operation; If there is abnormal sound or other abnormal phenomena such as fan vibration or "humming" of the motor during operation, it should be stopped for inspection and then turned on after repair. 3. Precautions for installation of exhaust fans 1. Try to be as close as possible to the original air duct tuyere, and conform to the principle of shortest pipeline. 2. Try to be as close as possible to the location where odor or moisture is easy to occur, which is in line with the principle of highest efficiency.

3. It should not be installed directly above the shower site, otherwise the airflow will make the body feel uncomfortable, and when the temperature is low, the heat loss will be large. 4. Combined with ceiling modeling, blocking, lighting, etc., make a unified consideration in aesthetics.

The exposed processing surface, assembly and matching surface, sliding surface, various pipelines, oil tanks and containers of the equipment should be cleaned and cleaned; The assembled assembly parts that have been assembled at the factory can not be disassembled and washed during the anti-rust warranty period. The cleaning method and cleanliness inspection should comply with the provisions of the current national standard "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Machinery and Equipment Installation Engineering" GB50231 and random technical documents;

For compressors with flammable and explosive gases such as hydrogen and oxygen, all parts, components and pipelines in contact with the medium shall be degreased in accordance with the provisions of the current national standard "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" GB50231, and the residual amount of grease shall not be greater than 125mg m2; After degreasing, dry air or nitrogen should be used to blow dry, and the nozzles at both ends of parts, components and pipe fittings should be sealed without oil;

The oil pumps, filters, oil coolers and safety valves in the lubrication system and sealing system should be disassembled and cleaned.

During on-site assembly, the mating surface, machining surface, rotating parts surface, and auxiliary equipment of each machine should be cleaned and cleaned; Rust should be removed when it is present, and it should be prevented from reoccurring during installation.

The adjusting mechanism should be cleaned and clean, and its rotation should be flexible.
