The Society of Public Prosecutors of China (SPPC) is an industry organization voluntarily formed by procurators of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China, local people's procuratorates at all levels, military procuratorates and other specialized people's procuratorates. The predecessor of the China Prosecutors Association, the China Procuratorial Association, was approved to be established on October 3, 1988.
