What touched you the most during your time on the University Presidium?

Don't stay in your dorm all the time when you're in college, and do more club work.

As the chairman, I have a great influence in the club and even the school, and my circle of friends has become wider and my horizons have become more open. Because of my personality, I also got a good impression and affirmation from the teachers of the Youth League Committee of the college (tired work never speaks, if the teacher explains me, I will definitely work hard to do it.)

What touches me the most is that everyone has their own strengths, and they still have a lot to learn.

I've been in the student council for three years, and I've had a lot of experiences, and I've had a lot of experiences, and I've been happy, sad, and angry, and I've met like-minded people, and I've been dealing with people who don't understand each other at all, and I've done a lot of things, and I'm going to have different opinions about everything, so if I want to say how I feel, the most intuitive thing is to really recognize the importance of "thinking" and "understanding", and use that as a standard, and strive to become the person you want to be.

The internship visit to the factory, close contact with the industry to be entered in the future, the combination of theory and practice, test what you have learned, paper talk will not work, practice can be true!!

The student union is a high-quality, high-cultivation student elite organization, we must start from the backbone of the students, build an enthusiastic, capable and responsible student union cadre team, better serve the majority of students, so that every student becomes a beneficiary of our work.

Before I didn't have this identity, I had the same idea as most people, wasn't it just a school teacher's "dog leg", and in the future, I didn't have a diploma in society, so I wouldn't be blind! However, after experiencing this identity, I really feel that there is no need to speculate and spread rumors about things that have not been managed. It is bound to give priority to ordinary students to come into contact with many different people and things, and the circle and class of these people and things will generally be higher than the environment you were in before, which is an opportunity and a platform for yourself to exercise different abilities.

In the past year, in line with the purpose of "serving students", the Student Union of our college has organized and carried out a series of positive and connotative cultural, sports, and scientific and technological innovation activities. For example, "Four Academies Celebrate Together - New Year's Eve Party", "Department Basketball Competition", "Power Car Competition", etc., have won honors for the college and the school.

I deeply feel that the achievements of the student union are inseparable from the correct guidance of the college leaders and teachers, the selfless dedication of the members of the student union, and the strong support of all students.

I like football, because of the reform of the Federation of Social Affairs, as the president of the football club, I ran for the vice president of the college (there is a major change in identity), first of all, the progress of my identity has made me integrate into the circle of the school's student organization to a higher level, the original identity is not as good as the president of a small professional class in addition to the fact that my own club can call a few people.

The presidium members are the brains of the student union, and all members must have a strong sense of responsibility and a sense of the overall situation. They can closely unite and cooperate with each other, and at the same time, they must communicate and exchange frequently, so that there are no loopholes in the work and no ideological barriers, so as to form a strong joint force.

I realized that it was not easy for my minister to lead the officers again. It's like the joy of pulling new students in the freshman group every day at the beginning of the school year, and watching the people in the department increase one by one. At the same time, your management ability and organizational ability have also been greatly improved, and every time you have a meeting, the new students at the bottom are staring at you, from the initial discomfort to the current self-confidence and the aura of the minister.

I learned a lot from my time as a minister in the student council, and I hope that I can always accompany my officers to grow into a new minister who can stand alone.
