The pressure shown in the back pipeline of the dryer is only 5 kg, and the pressure is too low, resulting in the customer's production unable to use gas normally. A customer called, the general situation is like this: the outlet of the air compressor is directly connected to the gas tank, the pressure gauge on the gas tank shows that the pressure is more than 7 kilograms, the air tank is connected to the filter, and then connected to the refrigeration dryer.
After further communication and understanding, I learned that the customer bought a cubic air compressor per minute at the time of purchase, and the refrigeration dryer was equipped with a larger size, at this time, I finally understood that this is due to the refrigeration dryer processing capacity is greater than the air compressor gas production, and when the cold temperature is low, it is easy to cause an ice blockage phenomenon in the internal pipeline of the dryer, after the fault judgment, I suggest that the customer turn off the power of the refrigeration dryer, stop running for half an hour, and then start, the air compressor outlet pressure is almost the same as the pressure after the refrigeration dryerTherefore, it is recommended that when customers buy a dryer, they only need to buy a flow rate that matches the air compressor! After receiving **, I consulted the customer and asked him if there was a large air leakage point on the pipeline, and the customer carefully checked and found that the pipeline connection was very well sealed; I asked him again if the terminal gas point used a large amount of gas.

You can use a shovel to shovel the ice off. Here's how:
1. Use a stainless steel sharp shovel to scrape off the top layer of ice, so that the bottom will loosen.
2. The same is true for the ice cubes in the previous part, shovel off the ice cubes at the edge first, and then loosen the next ones.
3. As shown in the figure below, then shovel the loose ice blocks downwards to let them fall naturally, and do not rush to pick them up.
4. Finally, use a large plastic shovel to shovel out the fallen ice cubes and pack them out in containers.

After water enters the system, refrigeration and heating will not have an effect, the pressure at the high and low pressure ends cannot be normal, and the compressor is ultra-high. These phenomena are very similar to the faults caused by the lack of fluorine in the system, the gas cross-flow of the four-way valve, and the oil plugging and dirty blockage.
1 Listen to the sound. The refrigeration system containing water often has a sound like grit flowing in the pipe after start-up, which is large and small, and the interval is irregular, but it is very obvious. This is because the water freezes and hits the friction pipe wall with the high-speed flow of freon, which is very different from the normal flow of refrigerant.
2 Look at the pressure. The high and low pressure of the system with excessive moisture content fluctuates when working, and the watch hand changes frequently and changes greatly. The watch hand of the system mixed with air also changes, but there is a certain pattern, and it tends to shake by equal amplitude around a certain value.
Oil-plugged or dirty-stuffed systems tend to point slowly rather than shivering.
3 Observe the frost area. When water from a system that contains water precipitates, it can clog the capillaries, or filters, and generally frost in both areas. Note:
This frosty area is swimming, sometimes metastasizing. Dirty or oil jam failures can also occur in both places, but the frost point is fixed and does not change either at the capillary or at the filter.

Causes and solutions of ice blockage in the refrigeration dryer:
1) Moisture is brought in during the pressure test by air pressure. The air contains moisture, but the moisture is different depending on the humidity. If the temperature in the cabinet and the temperature of the evaporator are relatively high and dry, the moisture in the suppressed air is not easy to condense into water droplets, and the water vapor will be discharged from the system with the air flow when it is evacuated.
If the temperature of the cabinet is very low, that is, the temperature of the evaporator is very low, (sometimes there is ice in the refrigerator when the refrigerator is repaired), the moisture brought in during pressure will form water droplets or form frost in the evaporator pipe and adhere to the pipe. Such frost is not excreted during evacuation. Only by removing all the ice in the refrigerator, and then using the baking method to increase the temperature of the evaporator, so that the water droplets in the tube, the frost vaporized, and then evacuated and discharged.
It can also be treated with the method of adding refrigerant and then emptying.
2) Because the evaporator has a leakage point, water is sucked in from the leakage point when the refrigeration compressor is working, and there is still water in the pipeline after the evaporator is repaired. With the addition of refrigerant, heating and baking and evacuation treatment.
3) Because the evaporator has a leakage point, the water is sucked in from the leakage point when the refrigeration compressor is working, and these water droplets are sucked into the refrigeration compressor, because the water is heavier than the oil, these water droplets sink at the bottom of the refrigeration compressor and are sealed by the refrigeration oil, and it is difficult to evaporate all at once, which is an important reason for the headache of stubborn ice blockage. The only solution is to let the refrigeration compressor run hot, so that the temperature of the refrigeration oil rises, the moisture is slowly precipitated in the refrigeration oil of the rotor rotation and the temperature rises, and the refrigerant is continuously evacuated.
