Kim Won asked.
The new green between the branches is heavy, and the little buds hide a few reds.
Cherish your heart and don't vomit lightly, and teach the peach and plum to make a spring breeze.
Translation: The newly grown green leaves between the branches of the begonia are layered, and the small flower buds are hidden in the middle with a slight reddish glow. Be sure to cherish your heart, don't bloom easily, let the peach blossoms and plums bloom in the spring breeze.
The author uses a begonia poem to imply and warn his children to act steadily, to be like a begonia, not to easily show their hearts and feast on the world, and to maintain the purity of their hearts.
"Fang Xin" is a pun on one layer meaning the heart of the begonia flower. The other layer is the love of children.
