Its treatment should be based on the principle of opening and closing to drive away evil spirits and ventilators. Sha is mostly an acute symptom, and although it is chronic, it is rare. The distinction between evidence and governance is set out below.

1. Treatment of acute syndrome of scab disease: There are three types of acute syndrome of scab disease: mild syndrome, severe syndrome, and extremely severe syndrome.

At the same time, it can be taken internally Rendan or Jin Lingdan. The former makes the poison go out, and the latter aromatizes and dispels filth, and the ventilator is promoted.

Severe syndrome treatment: severe syndrome sha, the onset of the disease is seen in the abdomen cramping, desire to vomit but not vomit, desire to diarrhea but not diarrhea, head sweating, irritability and depression, and even white face and limbs, pulse depression, etc. This is the spleen and stomach in the sha.

First use a three-edged needle (empty needle can also be used) for routine disinfection, puncture and bloodletting on the superficial purple vein of the popliteal fossa, so that the poison can go out, and at the same time take ten drops of water orally, or Yushu Dan, or Wuji Dan, aromatic to dispel filth, awaken the spleen and stomach, it is very effective.

Extremely severe syndrome treatment: the sha is extremely severe, the symptoms are sudden fainting, unconscious, pale, cold sweat on the forehead, weak pulse, etc. This is the danger of the sha being closed inside and the qi being released from the outside.

It should be closed and secured. It is advisable to blow into the nose with the pass, take the sneeze and close it, and you can also use your fingers to press the middle and Neiguan acupoints. After waking up, the march is dispersed with aromatic enlightenment, dispelling filth and removing evil, taking ginseng with soup to benefit qi and solidify, and warming the sun and chasing cold.

2. Chronic syndrome and treatment of sha disease: This syndrome is mostly transformed from acute sha that is not treated, or cannot be cured. Its symptoms are usually cold and hot, or sun intolerance, or slight cold in the back, cold limbs, fever in the chest and abdomen, dizziness and distension of the head, muscle swelling and pain, boredom, bitter and slightly greasy mouth, no thirst, lack of appetite and tasteless, white or yellow, etc.

This is a kind of sha, poison, turbidity, blocking of meridian muscles and has turned into heat. It is advisable to relieve muscle and loosen the connection, clear away heat and activate blood, and dissolve turbidity and penetrate sha. At the same time of scraping or bloodletting to drain toxin, use 9g of Huoxiang, Angelica Angelica, Chuanxiong, and Grass Cardamom, 12g of perilla, 6g of Coptis chinensis, 18g of Citrus aurantium, and 3g of licorice.
