This is a graphics card problem, my computer was like this at the beginning, the problem after reinstalling the system, and then the main thing was to update the graphics card driver. Then go into the graphics card and set DirectX, which can be set.
-
Start - Run - Type "DXDIAG" and "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" appears
Select the "Display" tab, find the "DirectX Features" box below, and set "DirectDraw."
Add. Speed", "Direct3D
Accelerate", "agp
Texture Acceleration is disabled and enabled again.
Let's open war3 again.
If it is already enabled, please disable it before enabling it.

Hello, it is recommended that you install it and have a try.
If it doesn't work, it could be a game file issue.
-
It should have nothing to do with the driver wizard.,It may be a hardware problem.,Try reinstalling the graphics card.。

There are three main reasons for this error:
The DirectX version is too low, and it takes or higher to run Warcraft; (Win7 system can be ignored).
DirectDraw acceleration, DiERCT3D acceleration, and AGP texture acceleration are not enabled;
The graphics driver is not up to date. To determine which cause is the cause, you can:
Run: DXDIAG, open the DirectX diagnostic tool, check the DirectX version in the [System] tab (Figure 2), and then see if the three speedups are enabled in the [Display] tab (Figure 3). Run:
Open Device Manager to see if your graphics card drivers are up to date, or use software like Driver Life.
Solution: Because the Win7 system comes with DirectX11, there is no need to consider the problem that the DirectX version is too low, and the Win7 system can ignore this problem.
DirectDraw acceleration, DiERCT3D acceleration, and AGP texture acceleration are not enabled;
XP system runs: DXDIAG, as shown in Figure 2, turn on the three accelerations, or right-click on the desktop - Properties - Settings - Advanced - Troubleshooting - turn on the hardware acceleration to complete, and then OK!
Because the win7 system default hardware acceleration is fully on,But when we open the DirectX diagnostic tool, we will find that the three accelerations are not turned on,And there is no option to turn on the acceleration behind the three accelerations,What's worse is that the win7 desktop right-click has no attributes,Nor can it be opened through the attribute settings,This problem has been a headache for me for a long time,But finally found a way to turn on the three accelerations,The solution is see 3.
The graphics card driver is not up-to-date:You can use tools such as driver life or driver wizard to automatically update the graphics card driver,Win7The three accelerations of the system are also turned on by updating the graphics card driver,Even the latest drivers are also updated,So that when you open the DirectX diagnostic tool, you will find that the three accelerations have been turned on,Running Warcraft III will no longer have annoying error prompts。
Just change the language.
