About the author] Gao Pingping, born in April 1968, from Shaoyang, Hunan Province, holds a master's degree in law. He has successively engaged in education, tax collection and management, and press and publication management. Huang Fufeng, born in December 1968, is a native of Guanxian County, Shandong, and holds a doctorate in philosophy. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Political Science and Law of Liaocheng University and a researcher at the Daisaku Ikeda Institute of Hunan Normal University. He is mainly engaged in the research of ethical principles, applied ethics, and moral education.
