Speech 100 for the Parent Teacher Conference in the third year of junior high school

First of all, I would like to thank the school for giving me this opportunity to speak on behalf of parents. I feel very honored to see every child learning in such an excellent educational environment, and as a parent, I am very gratified.

In today's speech, as a parent, in order to cooperate with the school to let children grow up in a healthy environment, I would like to put forward a few personal suggestions:

1. School is a place to cultivate children's knowledge, imagination, creativity and learning ability, so as parents, in order to cooperate with the school, for the growth of children, we should cultivate children's interpersonal relationships from social education, and what kind of attitude should be held in dealing with people. The truth of life and the experience of the world should be instilled by parents according to the different growth periods of their children. Then in school, children learn knowledge, enter the society in the future, and know more about the truth of being a person and dealing with others, which can make a child fully grow psychologically and intellectually.

2. Attitude towards children's growth. In today's society, the level of national education is gradually improving, and the educational concept is gradually tending to scientific education. We do not advocate corporal punishment in the form of education.

Theoretical pedagogy is more acceptable to children. In the process of communicating with children, parents should try to give up their own subjective intentions, should give due consideration to the child's psychology, calmly analyze, and then communicate with the child theoretically after having a certain conversation strategy. This can frighten the child or make him rebellious.

After the child makes a mistake, according to the different circumstances of the mistake, let the child understand the seriousness of the consequences of the matter, and let him bear or feel the consequences and psychological pressure of his mistake alone.

3. Tap children's potential. Some parents are curious to know which majors their children are interested in. But most children don't know what they like and have a wide range of interests.

In such a situation, parents can analyze the benefits that several professional specialties can bring to their children in the future and the difficulties that several specialties will encounter in the process of learning, and let the children weigh and choose the future development direction. Many parents think that the piano can develop their children's brain and fingertip dexterity, because it will force their children to learn**. In such cases, it depends on the child's own situation, and do not exert too much pressure on the child.

People will have different levels of stress at different times. Therefore, do not cause psychological effects on your child because of excessive stress, which is extremely unhealthy from a psychological point of view. Such negative cases are not uncommon, so parents should pay attention to them.
