At the end of the study, I am reading the "Treatise on the Land of the Yogis", and the "Treatise on the Pure Path", "The Path to Liberation", and "The Treatise on the Six Teachings of Practice" have not been studied. I can only talk about personal opinions.
The Treatise on the Land of the Yogi is described by Maitreya Bodhisattva, and its method is based on consciousness first. The theory of the path of purity and the path of liberation is based on Hinayana liberation. Life is short, and if you want to study these great treatises well, you should start with the "Treatise on the Land of Yogis", and if you learn this treatise well, and then read other treatises, you will be like a bamboo.
When it comes to adjusting the body and pranayama, whether it is the Tiantai sect's "Mahazhiguan" or other treatises, the main line is almost the same, and there will be no deviation in strictly following the sutras. However, the "Treatise on the Land of Yogis" explains the methods of practice in a more detailed and comprehensive manner, and the tone is affirmative. Other sutras may be of different origins, some superficial, some cumbersome.
As for the specifics, you can only go deep into the scriptures yourself.
When Venerable Milarepa was studying, he lit an oil lamp on his head, and he couldn't sit down until the lamp was lit. When some sages walked like a boat, their bodies were swollen and painful, their lives hung by a thread, and they persevered before they came to the Bodhisattva professor. To have a lifeless positive improvement, comfortable and comfortable to be able to liberate is definitely a lie to you.

Dao, Demon, Buddha, is the three, Dao, Demon, Buddha, three books, Buddha is good, demon is evil, Tao is ordinary heart, evil of demons, for nature, three, can adjust the body, pranayama, but everyone's state of mind is different, the right path, need to go by yourself, even if you regret it, you still go on, because, stepping into the rules, you can't turn back, Buddha, for good, with a good heart to cross people, your own heart is blessed, Tao, for the ordinary heart, with the heart as the foundation, absorb the qi of heaven and earth, help it grow, demons, for evil, to seek blessings from evil, Between heaven and earth, resentment, bad luck, yin qi, for the practice of the law, the acquired achievement of the avenue, this is the Tao, the devil, the Buddha, the difference between the three, no matter what the book, are just some references, the effect is not great, as long as the body and mind are relaxed, there is no need to breathe, the mood is good, the body will be good,

"All the Dharma is the land of the yogi, and the yogi uses all the Dharma as the basis", that is to say, all the Dharma is the object of the yogi's practice and contemplation. Buddhist monks who practice the various forms of meditation are revered as yogis or contemplation masters, and these yogis are the predecessors of the Yoga School of Consciousness.
The Treatise on the Land of Yogis is for the sake of equal benefit and sentient beings, so that the sentient beings of the Three Realms are "caste or casteless", that is, whether they want to become a Buddha or those who do not want to become a Buddha and only want to cultivate human beings and good fortunes, they can practice according to this theory to gain their own benefits, so that those who have the "bodhisattva mind" can pervade the literal and righteous deeds of all vehicles;
Generating skillful and convenient wisdom, cutting off all obstacles, practicing all good laws, proving Buddha Bodhi, poor future, self-interest and altruism are endless, so this treatise is the fundamental theory that Buddhist practitioners must follow to practice the path to Buddhahood, and it is also the greatest reason for Master Xuanzang of the Tang Dynasty to travel west to learn scriptures and seek the Dharma.
The Treatise on the Land of the Yogis can be said to be the most special, comprehensive, and orderly introduction to Buddhism and the Dharma. It is not an introduction to Buddhism, but a very detailed and in-depth treatise on the Dharma, and it is a fundamental treatise that covers the stages of practice of the harmony of the three yanas in order to complete the practice of the 52 stages of the Buddhist path.
Its scope covers the Hinayana Buddhism of "fear of life and death and the eagerness to liberate oneself from the Three Realms", the Theravada Buddhism of Yuanjue, and the Mahayana Buddhism practiced by Bodhisattvas who "are not afraid of life and death and seek enlightenment on the bodhisattva path".
Because sentient beings have different motivations and root organs for the study of the Dharma, and there are differences in the three vehicles of Bodhi, it is more in line with the principle that the Buddha said that it is convenient to precipitate the three vehicles of the Buddha for the deep study of the Dharma, especially for the matter of cultivation, especially in the two aspects of the Buddha's path to Bodhi and the path of liberation. In line with what the Buddha said, correct knowledge and correct views can lead to the ultimate path of spiritual practice.

"The Theory of the Land of the Yogi" is translated by Master Xuanzang, also known as the Seventeen Earth Treatise, which talks about the seventeen levels of practitioners from theory to practice, although it also contains the practice of Hinayana practice, but it is ultimately led to Mahayana. This treatise is like an encyclopedia. The cosmology in Buddhism.
How babies grow inside their mothers. How to keep the vows. How to meditate.
What is good fortune? What is Hui. What is the dream.
In short, this treatise is not only logically rigorous. And the content is extensive. Just like the sea, it contains countless treasures.
A true guide to the practice of aspiring practitioners.

Meditation is the core of practice, and without meditation, it is very difficult for people to subdue their troubles and obtain real benefits.
It generally begins with the Tiantai Xiaozhiguan (10 chapters), combined with the Buddha Zen Paramita (slightly broader), which is a work of a wise master, easy to start, and the essence of the Dharma and righteousness is complete. If you are able to grasp the preliminary method of meditation, you can adjust your mind.
Then we move on to the Yogi Ground Theory, the Shravaka Ground. (This section is the same as the part of the Bodhi Path).
The part of the view, either according to the four thoughts, or according to the middle view, or according to the only consciousness, chooses the Dharma, thinks about it thoroughly, and achieves a victorious solution to the dependent origination.
At this point, the content required for the contemplation is also sufficient. If you study deeply, you can go deep into meditation, stop contemplating double luck, and attain enlightenment not far away.
If you have a spare time, you can also dabble in the Six Wonderful Gates, and the Six Doors teach the practice of the Dharma, the Maha Buddha, the Bodhisattva Land, and the Perfection of the Yogi Dharma. Not only is it easy for oneself to meditate, but it can also guide others in meditation. Fulfill the vow for the benefit of others.
If you like to spread the Zen teachings in the south, you can also read the Pure Path (refer to the Tripitaka - The Path of Liberation).
Tibetan Zen Buddhism is based on the three Dharma seals, and the appropriate one is decided.
According to the teachings of the Zen Academy, if you are a monk at home and have no time, you can stop contemplating.
The first treatise of the yogi, there are audio, video and text and other materials, which can be checked, and the master of the wonderful realm.

It's just that the modern words are the same, but the meaning is different.
The Treatise on the Land of Yogis is a Buddhist sutra that yoga has become a physical fitness exercise in modern people.
The meaning of words changes with people's thoughts. In ancient times, yoga was a practice in which the practitioner focused on the process and not on the result.
-
Yoga means corresponding, one.
The Treatise on the Land of the Yogi includes five kinds of correspondence: corresponding to the state of self-nature, corresponding to the practice of fixed wisdom, corresponding to the two truths, corresponding to the bodhi fruit, and corresponding to the foundation of sentient beings, so it is called yoga.
In society, fitness belongs to Hatta Yoga, which takes the corresponding meaning of body and mind.
-
There are still similarities! One talks about the meaning, and the other talks about the action! It is also like the division of Zen and martial arts in the Buddha.

1.Yoga was originally a general term for a kind of physical and mental exercise in ancient India. It is an ancient practice method in India, with a history of about 6,000 years, and the methods such as meditation and meditation were common in ancient India and adopted by many ancient Indian religions.
2.The Treatise on the Land of the Yogi was born only 2,300 years ago and is a treatise on Buddhism's Enlightenment and Dharma. Yoga Sanskrit word "yoga" originally means meditation and is a common word in India.
The word "yoga" in Asanga's "Treatise on the Land of Yogis" is only related to words, and it is common to use language and writing, while "Treatise on the Land of Yogis" discusses the practice methods and realms of Mahayana Buddhism. It has nothing to do with yoga, which originated in ancient India and is now a fashionable sport.
3.Just like the word "hell" is used in many different religious texts. But the scriptures of the various religions are not directly related to their practices and thoughts. Just like the word "monasticism", which is common in Chinese religions such as Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism, the meaning of the word is similar but the content is different.
