All Buddhist scriptures can cultivate the mind!! About meditation, I said two words about the Tao - "Xunzi Unmasking":"Heart, lying is dreaming, stealing is self-planning, making it conspiracy.
Therefore, the heart has not been moved. However, there is the so-called quiet, which is not known by dream dramas, but is called quiet. "The meaning of this sentence is that when you sleep, you will dream when you sleep, you will slack off when you are idle, you will think crankily, and you will give advice when you use it, so it is said"Heart"This"The official of thought"It's active all the time.
The so-called stillness is just not to let the hallucinations in dreams and the casual thoughts of idleness interfere with normal cognitive activities. ""University": "The way of the university is in Mingmingde, in being close to the people, and in stopping at perfection."
Knowing and then there is certainty, and then there is stability, and then it can be quiet, and then it can be peaceful, and then it can be considered, and then it can be obtained. Zhu Zi Zhuyun: "Those who stop, the place where they should stop, that is, the place where the supreme goodness is."
Knowing it, you will have a direction. Still, it means that the heart does not move recklessly. Ann means to be at peace.
Then: to know is to have a clear goal in life; To be determined is to establish a firm ambition. If you know the goal of goodness and set firm aspirations, you can not be reckless; If the heart is not reckless, then it is at peace, and it is not moved by external influences.

Meditation takes time, not just by reciting Buddhist scriptures, it is recommended that you take a look at the three worlds of cause and effect, the heart sutra, and the three Buddhist scriptures. Your heart is not quiet because you are often distracted and have time to go to the hospital to see a doctor. Furthermore, the impure mind is due to a lot of troubles, delusions and desires, and it may be related to your rest, labor, stress, emotions, and diet.
Go for a walk and go for a walk. Don't lock yourself up in one place.

1.I can't let go of others in my heart, and there is no mercy in the cave cover; If you can't let go of yourself in your heart, you have no wisdom. We come into contact with many people and things every day, and it is inevitable that our mood will be affected by external things.
Let's open our hearts, keep a normal heart, and maintain a calm, stable, autonomous, and comfortable state of mind no matter what situation we are in. If you know how to deal with problems with wisdom and compassion, your mind will not be constantly knotted, and you will be clear and at ease.
2.The Buddha said: If you don't like others, you don't have enough self-cultivation.
Life in the world, less and more reverse, a life is not easy, don't always have trouble with others, let alone with yourself. In a person's life, there is always endless knowledge, there is always a truth that cannot be comprehended, and there are always some intentional or unintentional troubles that break into the heart, keep a calm mind, and we will have the whole world.
3.There is nothing outside the heart, and I watch the flowers bloom and fall in front of the court; Go and stay unintentionally, wandering with the clouds outside the sky.
4.There is a fate to come, and there is no fate. The things of the world are like this, what should come will naturally come, and it is useless to hope for what should not come, and it is useless to ask.
There is a fate, no push, no fate, no seeking. Come, welcome, go, see. Everything is fate, let it be.
Things in the world are barely satisfactory after all, and it is bound to be sweet if you force it. What we can do is to do our best to be ourselves, and the world is like this, and work hard without regrets and without regrets.
5.Leave space in your heart and don't let resentment fill up; It is easy to be rude and broken-hearted when you are full of complaints, and it hurts your heart and liver when you are angry. To be angry is to punish oneself for the mistakes of others, and to be tolerant is to liberate oneself by letting others go.
Tolerance is a wisdom and a virtue; Tolerance is a kind of cultivation and realm; Tolerance is a kind of sublimation of the heart and soul. A tolerant person does not blame others for their faults, does not expose their shortcomings, and does not think about others' evils.

The landlord bai's current situation is about the same as before the end of the study of Buddhism, so I couldn't help but want to see your post.
DAO said a few words.
People with bad tempers are very capable and have a high self-esteem.
We study the reasons for the temper, and the landlord will be able to change his bad temper according to the reasons. That's how I went from being confused and having a nameless fire to now having a pure heart after I understand it.
The first type: the person who loses his temper thinks of himself very highly, feels that the other party's status and qualifications are inferior to you, and is not worthy of you, in order to show his own highness, he treats others with anger and reprimand, and satisfies his vanity;
The second type: I am not satisfied in my heart, but I am unwilling to give up, I can't speak, and I can't express it in my heart, so I use a tantrum to express my dissatisfaction;
The third type: because of their own ability and ability, they cannot forgive their mistakes or mistakes, so when something gets out of control, they get angry with others for the sake of their own face and vanity, and lose their temper with others;
Fourth: think that someone's status and ability are lower than your own, unworthy of communicating with you on an equal footing, very impatient to answer questions or requests from inferior people, think that they are unworthy, get angry and impatient;
Fifth: because of ignorance and fear, because of ignorance, they will be afraid, and they will use angry and flamboyant language to cover up their fears, and bluff; Hide your cowardice.
The above are the general types, and since I understood these and found out the reasons, I have gradually started to change.
Nothing more than pride and ignorance.

Hello friends. First of all, I think your temper is short because you can't express your feelings. People are accustomed to returning to a natural temper.
You may lack control over your emotions. You can read books on psychology to get the right medicine. There are some magazines that are good to recommend to you, such as Aphorisms, Youth Digest, Readers.
Master Nebula has some books that are also good. You will be calmer when you take your time. You can also cultivate your interest in calligraphy and painting.

I'll tell you a useful method. Buddhism says: All sentient beings have Buddha nature.
My teacher, Master Xingyun, once told Rong me that every day I tell myself: I am a Buddha, I am a Buddha. You say it countless times a day, see.
When you lose your temper, you think, "I'm a Buddha, how can I lose my temper with sentient beings." You will reflect on yourself.
And then you keep saying, "I'm a Buddha." I am the Buddha who saves all living beings.
Whenever you want to lose your temper, you have to start by saying, "I am a Buddha."
See, can the Buddha still lose his temper?
You try it for a while, and then come back to me.

A set of books written by Master Nebula seems to be five. There are a lot of short stories in it, which are easy to understand, but the philosophy is very deep. When something is angry, it becomes peaceful.

Calligraphy is only a form of stillness, but it does not have to be obtained by calligraphy. Maybe you're in the wrong way, maybe it's your wrong attitude. Furthermore, can you specify that you feel that your heart is not at peace.
In fact, the foundation of self-cultivation is stillness, which is the calligraphy you practice. After meditation, you need to think, reflect, cognitive, etc., to purify your mind. If you just stay still, then you will never progress.
Reading books doesn't necessarily have to be Buddhism, and in my personal cognition, there are some negative things in Buddhism, so I don't recommend it for the time being. You can take a look at the ones introduced below.
If the difficulty of the books "Meet the Unknown Self", "Book of Wisdom" and "Caigen Tan" are arranged in order, it is recommended to read them in turn.
-
Self-cultivation should be calm, don't be impetuous, I think it's good to read Mr. Nan Huaijin's book.
Sometimes I occasionally listen to a lot of Buddhist music, and I think that if I am not used to it at first, such as the Heart Sutra sung by Faye Wong and Zhang Zhilin, it is good.

Everyone has troubles, and they can't be eliminated, as long as --- ignore him!
Learning Buddhism is not an overnight thing, you slowly understand, learn slowly, ten lives or even a hundred lives can not be learned, when you want to learn, other distracting thoughts let go, and the heart is immediately pure!
