If the coarser the mud particles, the better the air permeability is a valid statement, then according to this logic, we don't grind the porcelain clay so fine, don't settle so fine, artificially let it be coarse, is it not that the pot made of this porcelain clay will also have the same air permeability as the purple clay pot?

If that's the case, why has it been said for hundreds of years that only purple sand mud has such special breathable and impermeable characteristics? The same piece of ore source stone, after grinding, there will be both fine particles and coarse particles, through different mesh screens for mud screening, you can classify different mesh mud. The same craftsman uses this coarse material and fine material to make two pots of the same style, we can't say that the pot made of coarse grain mud must be more high-end and beautiful than the pot made of fine particles, as for which pot you choose is determined by your own aesthetics, you think that the pot made of coarse particles looks rough and simple, you like this charm then you choose to buy the coarse grain of the pot, otherwise you choose the fine grain of the pot.
