Pomegranate cultivation techniques.

Planting. It can be planted or repotted after the leaves fall in autumn and before budding in the following spring. Ground planting should be selected in a sunny, leeward, slightly high place, and the soil should be loose, fertile and well-drained.

The potted plants are made of humus, garden soil and river sand, and an appropriate amount of well-rotted organic fertilizer is added. When planting, it is necessary to bring soil mass, properly stub and prune the above-ground part, water thoroughly after planting, put it in the shade for maintenance, and move to a ventilated and sunny place after germination and survival.

Illumination. Light and temperature are important conditions for flower bud formation. The growing season requires full sunshine, and the more sunlight there is, the more flowers will be more vivid.

When the light is insufficient, it will only grow leaves and not bloom, which will affect the ornamental effect. The suitable growth temperature is 15-20, and the winter temperature should not be lower than -18, otherwise it will be frost damaged.

Fertilizer. Pomegranate ground planting must be re-applied with organic fertilizer once a year, and potted plants need to be repotted and fertilized for 1 to 2 years. In the growing season, top dressing should also be carried out 3 to 5 times, and pay attention to loosening the soil and weeding, and often keep the potting soil moist to prevent drought and waterlogging.
