When the deflection angle of the vertical roller exceeds 20°, the first-level switch will be activated and an alarm signal will be issued; When the deflection angle of the vertical roller exceeds 35°, the secondary switch will be activated and the signal will be sent again, and the control system can realize the automatic shutdown under heavy deviation. The deviation detector is generally set near the head of the belt conveyor or near the outlet of the tail guide trough, and a pair of long belt conveyors larger than 250m are arranged at the head and tail.
2) Slip speed detection device.
The slip speed detector is used to detect the slippage of the belt conveyor and prevent the accident caused by the slippage between the belt and the driving pulley during the operation of the belt conveyor. It can also be used as a control protection component for the belt conveyor system to start the interlock. The speed detector is required to be able to signal an accident when the belt conveyor is operating at a speed below 70 or above 110 of normal operating speed.
A speed detector is installed on the tailstock to monitor the speed of the tail wheel.
3) Pull the rope switch.
When an emergency occurs at the belt conveyor work site, the rope switch arranged along the belt conveyor longitudinally can make the equipment stop immediately at any time to avoid accidents. The rope pull switch is arranged on both sides of the tape machine, and one is set every 30 40m; The rope pull switch needs to have an automatic reset with flop display function.
4) Longitudinal tear detection device.
The longitudinal tear protection device is to prevent the belt from being punctured by foreign objects (metal or other hard objects) mixed with the transported materials during the operation of the belt conveyor, resulting in the accident of longitudinal tearing of the conveyor belt. The unit is installed at the tail of the belt conveyor and is set on a longer or critical belt conveyor.
5) Chute blockage detector.
The chute blockage detector is a device used to detect that the chute in the transfer of a belt conveyor system is blocked by materials. The chute blockage detector is mounted on the chute sidewall opening, and aligns its movable door with the opening for easy inspection in the event of chute blockage, and its height is easy to maintain.
