To understand the purpose of Dharma practice, one should first understand what Dharma understands about our world. There are all kinds of suffering in our world, and the cause of suffering is karma and the troubles in our hearts. If you want to be free from suffering for the time being in the future, your practice will belong to the human and heavenly vehicles. If you want to be completely free from the suffering of samsara, your practice belongs to Hinayana ; If for the sake of all sentient beings to be liberated from the suffering of samsara, your practice belongs to Mahayana.

That is, you have to go to greed and ignorance, stop greed and ignorance, and practice precepts and wisdom diligently, which is what you want.

We often say that the attainment of spiritual practice is inseparable from the reception of good knowledge. What is the ingestion of good knowledge? It is to help you eliminate karma, and it is also to hone your habits and resist searching.

When you don't have the object, your heart is very compassionate and quiet, and you can also have compassion and practice the bodhisattva path, and then the enemy will come and test you to see if you are real.

This is a test for me! At this time, the heart should be more patient. What is patience?

True patience is peace of mind. When someone scolds you, beats you, or even hurts you or cheats on you, you can be calm. It's hard to practice patience, when will you be able to do this?

It can only be done after it is reasonable.

Now when we are hurt, although we don't say anything, we always can't figure it out in our hearts: Why did he treat me like this for no reason? If you think like this, it means that you are not convinced of cause and effect.

If it is the cause, if it is the effect, whoever makes it will receive it, and there is no reason for it! It's all caused. You only believe in this life, and you don't believe in the existence of this life at all.

On the surface, you endure it, but in your heart you feel so uncomfortable that your face has changed - at least there is no ostomy karma, but this is not called forbearance, because your heart has been hurt, and the continuum has been polluted. True patience is one that does not affect the peace of your mind and does not pollute your continuum. Your heart is still pure.

If you develop hatred, there will be no joy in your heart, and if you don't eat well or sleep well, your body will be harmed. When people have hatred all their lives, the structure of the whole body is abnormal. If the body is not healthy, the life expectancy will be shortened, and the body and mind will be harmed.

Nowadays, people want to live a long and healthy life, and if you want to live a long and healthy life, you have to practice patience. Otherwise, you will always be angry, always hateful, don't talk about liberation, become a Buddha, just in this life, your body and mind will not be healthy.

Let me tell you:

If I told you that so-and-so is good knowledge, would you believe it? How do you decide that my knowledge is correct? It is still necessary to rely on the teachings of Buddhist scriptures.

4. So, study the Buddhist scriptures well, and there are piles of Buddhist scriptures on the Internet. Learn slowly. The value of the Dharma cannot be exchanged for the wealth of the N universes.
