True patience is one that does not affect the peace of your mind and does not pollute your continuum. Your heart is still pure.

    If you develop hatred, there will be no joy in your heart, and if you don't eat well or sleep well, your body will be harmed.     Nowadays, people want to live a long and healthy life, and if you want to live a long and healthy life, you have to practice patience. Otherwise, you will always be angry, always hateful, don't talk about liberation, become a Buddha, just in this life, your body and mind will not be healthy.
