2. Peeling: After the death, the rabbit will be hung upside down with an iron hook or rope purely at the tarsal joint of the hind limbs, and then cut the tarsal joint of the two hind feet in a ring shape, and then cut it along the inner side of the thigh through the root of the tail, peel off the two hind limbs to the root of the tail, cut off the tail, and carefully flip the skin and pull it down to the wrist joint and the lower root of the forelimb, and cut off. Scissors are the best tools for peeling, and care should be taken to avoid scratching the leather board and reducing the quality.

3.
