How to cancel a network print job, and how to cancel a printer to print all tasks

As with a local printer, double-click the printer option in the Control Panel, double-click on the open network printer file to open, and select "Cancel All Documents" from the printer drop-down menu

Turn on your device and printer, and double-click the printer on your computer. Click on the word printer in the upper left corner, and click on Cancel All Documents.

Here's how to cancel printing by the printer

1. Generally speaking, there will be a red and a green button on the printer, which represents stop and start. In the automatic case, you don't need to press the green button, but if you want to cancel the print, you can press the red button to quietly try to stop;

2. When the printer prints the task, there will be a small printer-like logo in the lower right corner, double-click to open the printing task, select one of them, click the right button, and select Cancel;

3. Open the control panel page of the printer, and in the printer fax a friend, you can find the cancel task for selection;

4. If the above methods are not successful, you can force the printer to close, restart the computer, and the tasks in progress will disappear, but this method is generally not recommended.

Here's how to cancel:

1.Click on the printer's icon below; Pop up the information of the file being printed by the printer, and click the word "printer" at the top;

The normal way to cancel a print job is to ambush the printer icon in the task bar in the lower right corner of the screen, and then right-click on the corresponding print job in the list of pop-up windows to complete the "Cancel Task".
