Once the problem is recognized, the next step is to find the cause and fix it. In the new semester, I will give solutions and implementation plans for these problems.

Secondly, in terms of teaching. This semester, I am taking Grade 5 Chinese, English and Taoism. English is in its third year of teaching, so I have some experience.

However, this year, the question type of the fifth grade has changed, and there are more essay questions, and the difficulty has also increased compared with the past. In the midterm exam, the overall test is not very good, especially the essay questions, many students write incorrectly or do not write. This aspect is also a part that should be paid attention to in English teaching in the future.

Looking back at the daily teaching work, on the one hand, there are no strict requirements for students, whether it is writing or reciting; On the other hand, there are too many explanations and no distinction between the important and difficult points. Language scores cannot be improved in a short period of time, but should be implemented in ordinary details.

Finally, the personal thought and behavior aspect. As a teacher, I am a role model for students to learn, so I control my personal thoughts and behaviors in my work, hoping to take the lead and provide better guidance to students through my unremitting efforts and struggles. Whether it is the school's regulations for teachers or the school's regulations for students, I should take them seriously and get along with students as closely as possible.
