Reason 2: Debris According to reports, when many maintenance workers go to residents' homes for exhaust debugging, many people will find that the water flowing out of the heating pipe is black and contains a lot of impurities, and it will take more than half an hour for clean water to flow out. These impurities, all caused by fine sand or pipe rust, accumulate in the pipes and affect the hot water circulation of the heating system.
Therefore, the impurities in the pipes should be flushed out by water at the beginning of heating.

The reason is that the boiler room should be "removed from fire and depressurized" at night to reduce the temperature of the system and save fuel. When the pressure of the system is reduced, a large number of bubbles are often formed. Floor heating always has gas that needs to be vented, and the air in the pipes is thoroughly deflated and drained in order to drain the air from the pipes.
Preparation tool: one empty plastic bottle.
1. After confirming that the upper water inlet main valve and the lower water outlet main valve are closed (the switch direction is perpendicular to the water pipe as shown in the green box in the figure), unscrew the air release valve (shown in the red box) of the upper water inlet pipe by hand. (If the switch main valve is not closed, it needs to be manually closed before it can be released).
2. Then unscrew the air release valve of the lower discharge pipe by hand.
3. Unscrew the first valve in charge of the upper discharge inlet pipe for degassing.
4. Close the valve after the first water inlet pipe is deflated, and degas the other water pipes in turn as shown above.
5. After all the inlet water is deflated, open all the valves in the water inlet pipe. According to the inlet water sub-division and degassing steps, the lower discharge water sub-division is also deflated.
6. After the water outlet pipe is deflated, open all the water distribution pipe valves as well.
7. After all the inlet and outlet water pipes are deflated, the water can be discharged (the water discharge is to determine whether the air in the pipeline is discharged). The discharge of water needs to be carried out in groups, close the valves of the remaining four groups of inlet and outlet water pipes, and only open one group of water inlet water pipes and water outlet water pipe valves.
8. Close the air release valve on the water inlet pipe, and connect the empty plastic bottle to the water outlet below the air release valve on the water outlet pipe.
9. Open the main water inlet valve, the water outlet of the exhaust valve below will release water, and the smooth water connection of the plastic bottle means that the first component of the water pipe has been completely exhausted.
10. Close the first valve of the lower water pipe (green frame), and the valve of the water inlet water pipe does not need to be closed, open the second group of water pipe valves for the second group of water pipe drainage.
11. After draining the water pipes of the remaining components in turn as shown above, turn off the air release valve on the water pipe.
