How does a solid specimen machine take samples ?

Four or five times, spread the sample into squares of equal thickness.

3. Draw two diagonal lines on the sample with a sub-plate, divide it into four triangles, and take out two of the samples with the top triangle.

4. The remaining samples are repeatedly divided according to the above method until the last two remaining samples with a top triangle are close to the required sample weight. Methods of mixing. For a large number of samples, the shovel mixing method or ring cone mixing method is mostly used, and the samples are turned from one pile to another, and the samples are turned back and forth several times to make the samples mixed; For a small number of samples, the angle method can be used to homogenize.

Place the sample on a smooth plastic sheet, lift the two diagonal corners of the plastic sheeting, and tumble the sample back and forth 3 or 4 times, then change the other two diagonal and repeat 3-4 times, and so on until the sample is mixed.

The principles that must be followed for solid sampling are:

2) Representativeness. Sampling is to represent the whole batch by integrating all individual samples (samples) taken from the whole batch of goods, and should not be represented by individual samples (samples), because individual samples may be high and low, but when a sufficient number of samples are taken, the average number is close to the average quality of the whole batch of goods. The sampling must be sufficiently representative, otherwise it is impossible to produce accurate inspection results even with the most advanced technology and equipment, and the quality of the goods will be incorrectly assessed.

3) Feasibility. The quantity and method of sampling, the sampling devices and tools used should be reasonable and feasible, practical, in line with the requirements of import and export commodity inspection, and should be fast, economical and saving manpower and material resources on an accurate basis.
