2. Pump operation inspection.
1) Place the clutch handle in the disconnected position and start the motor. When the operation is normal, close the clutch to start the pump to work, and deliver the slurry to the work site.
2) When the pump is working, if it needs to change the speed, it must be carried out after pulling the clutch or stopping the pump, and it is not allowed to change the speed during operation.
3) Pay attention to whether there is any impact and collision sound in the transmission system of the pump, whether the slurry discharge pressure and slurry discharge volume are uniform, and whether there are abnormal phenomena such as oil leakage and slurry leakage.
4) The discharge pressure of the pump should be controlled within the rated range, and the pressure gauge value should be observed and controlled at any time to prevent exceeding the specified limit value.
5) In the work, the lubrication of the moving parts should be checked frequently, and the lubricating oil temperature in each box is in the range of 30 50, and the maximum shall not exceed 60.
6) The brake belt in the belt brake should not be stained with oil to prevent the friction pads and brake valve from slipping during braking.
3. Stop the pump for inspection.
1) After opening the tee circuit to relieve pressure, disengage the clutch and stop the motor.
