The transition from an agrarian society to an industrial society has indeed brought about water, air, noise and waste pollution in the process of development. Now we are walking on this road in the direction of sustainable development, and we need equipment to systematically control and control these pollutants. Do you know what air pollutant control is?
There are gaseous pollutant purification equipment, defogging equipment, particulate matter treatment equipment and dust collector. What is the dust collector used for, and is it easy to use?Dust collector equipment and its accessories are our area of focus.
So in the selection of dust collector equipment and accessories, how do we choose for the new air pollutant emission standards? This has to talk about the working principle of this dust collector first.
What is the purpose of the dust collector equipment.
To say that this dust collector equipment, the object of dust removal is the particulate dust contained in the industrial air flow, so people are used to calling the application equipment a dust collector. In the first ten years of this century, many new types of dust collectors have been derived, such as electric bag composite dust collectors, mobile particle layer dust collectors, fiber dust collectors, etc. The traditional bag filter, electrostatic precipitator, cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector have also been upgraded.
Let's talk about this bag filter, which uses the dust bag to separate the smoke and dust in the exhaust gas. The particle size of these dust particles is less than 1 m, between 10 m and 100 m.
People who work in the dust collection industry know that large dust particles are relatively easy to collect. The fine particles as small as 1 m or less are more troublesome to use a dust collector to collect dust, and with the changes in the production process and the harmful elements contained in the raw materials, some small dust particles will also be harmful to human health, so we would like to remind you here that we must take protective measures in industrial production, and we must also understand the working conditions of smoke and dust, so as to choose the dust collector equipment that can meet the emission standards, and also to prevent the secondary pollution of dust. So how to choose a dust collector equipment that has a long service life and is easy to operate?
We are going to repeat this classification of dust collectors that I don't know how many times. There is a classification of dust collectors, and we will not talk about the additional desulfurization function here. In terms of separating smoke and dust, dust collectors can be divided into dry dust collectors and wet dust collectors.
The bag filter, electrostatic precipitator and cyclone dust collector we mentioned earlier are the filtered dry smoke, but the electrostatic precipitator can also collect wet smoke, and the equipment that can filter the wet smoke and dust together with it is water film, venturi tube and foam dust collector.

The dust collector is a device that separates the dust from the flue gas, which is called a dust collector or dust removal equipment. The performance of the dust collector is expressed in terms of the amount of gas that can be handled, the loss of resistance as the gas passes through the collector, and the dust collection efficiency. At the same time, the first time of the dust collector, the operation and maintenance costs, the length of service life and the difficulty of operation and management are also important factors to consider its performance.
Dust collectors are commonly used in boilers and industrial production.
According to the principle of action, dust collectors can be divided into five types:
1. Dry mechanical dust collector mainly refers to the dust removal equipment designed by the application of dust inertia and gravity, such as high-concentration dust collectors such as settling chambers, inert dust collectors, cyclone dust collectors, etc., which are mainly used for the separation or concentration of high-concentration coarse particle size dust.
2. Wet dust collectors rely on hydraulic affinity to separate and capture dust particles, such as spray towers, scrubbers, impact dust collectors, venturi tubes, etc., which are used more in the treatment of dusty gases with high concentration and large air volume in the process of treatment. The separation efficiency of coarse, hydrophilic dust is higher than that of dry mechanical dust collectors.
3. The particle layer dust collector uses the granular material accumulation layer of different particle sizes as the filter material to block and filter the dust contained in the air dissolution. It is mainly used in the dust removal point in the production process of building materials and metallurgy, and is often used to filter dusty flue gas with high concentration, coarse particles and high temperature.
4. Bag type dust collector, the filter is a dust removal device with fiber weaving or filling layer as the filter medium, and its use, form, dust removal air volume scale and efficiency have a wide range in all aspects, mainly used in the place of collecting fine dust, that is, it is applied in the exhaust dust removal system and the air intake system. In recent years, due to the continuous development of new filter media, the development of fiber filtration technology has also accelerated, new products continue to appear, and the application field has been increasingly expanded.
5. The electrostatic precipitator is to introduce the dust-containing air flow into the electrostatic field, under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the gas is ionized, electrons and positive ions are generated, they move to the positive and negative poles respectively, when the dust particles are negatively charged when flowing through the working electric field, they move to the sedimentation plate opposite to the sign of their negative charge at a certain speed, and settle down there, so as to break away from the air flow and be collected in the electrostatic precipitator. This kind of dust collector has high dust removal efficiency, low resistance, and easy maintenance and management. It is similar to baghouse in capturing fine dust particles.

Dust collectors can be divided into two categories: Dry dust collectors: including gravity settling chambers, inertial dust collectors, electrostatic precipitators, bag dust collectors, and cyclone dust collectors.
Wet dust collectors: including spray towers, impact dust collectors, venturi detergents, foam dust collectors and water film dust collectors, etc. At present, the most common applications are cyclone separators, electrostatic dust collectors and bag dust collectors.
Advantages of dry dust collector: wide range of use, most dust collection objects can use dry dust collector, especially for large centralized dust collection system; The state of dust discharge is dry powder, which is conducive to centralized treatment and comprehensive utilization.
The disadvantages of dry dust collectors are: they cannot remove toxic and harmful components in the gas; Improper treatment is easy to cause secondary dust.
The advantages of wet dust collector are: (1) Because the process of mass transfer and heat transfer occurs at the same time during the contact between gas and liquid, this type of dust collector not only has the effect of dust removal, but also has the effect of flue gas cooling and absorption of harmful gases. (2) It is suitable for dealing with high temperature, flammable, explosive and harmful gases.
3) Normal operation and high purification efficiency. (4) It can be used for dust and gas accumulation. (5) The exhaust volume is weighed by the lead.
6) Simple structure, small footprint, low investment. (7) Safe operation, easy operation and maintenance.
The disadvantages of the wet dust collector are: (1) The slurry discharged from the wet dust collector must be treated, otherwise it will cause secondary pollution. (2) When there is an aggressive gas in the purification, the chemical aggressiveness is transferred to the water, so the sewage system should be protected with anti-corrosion materials.
3) Unbonded cleaning is used for hydrophobic fumes; For sticky soot, it is easy to clog pipes, blades, etc. (4) Compared with the dry dust collector, it needs to consume water, and it is difficult to deal with, so anti-freezing measures should be adopted in severe cold areas.

The advantage of the dust collector's quiet closure is that it can effectively remove start-up dust and other particulates from the air, thereby reducing air pollution. In addition, they can effectively improve indoor air quality and reduce allergy symptoms. The disadvantage is that the dust collector needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure its effective volatile.

The equipment that separates the dust from the flue gas is called a dust collector or dust removal equipment. The role of the dust collector will be to filter out the dust, such as in the coal mine, during the construction, there will be some coal dust, for the construction personnel, these dust will have a great impact on their body, and it may occur, and the dust can be filtered out well through the dust collector.
Dust collectors are divided into the following five categories according to their principle of action:
1) Mechanical dust collectors include gravity dust collectors, inertial dust collectors, centrifugal dust collectors, etc.;
2) Washing dust collectors include water bath dust collectors, foam dust collectors, venturi dust collectors, water film dust collectors, etc.; (3) Filter-type dust collectors include bag dust collectors and particle layer dust collectors, etc.;
4) Electrostatic precipitator;
5) Magnetic dust collector.
Dust collectors are divided into the following according to the dust removal method:
1) Dry dust collector;
2) Semi-dry dust collector;
3) Wet dust collector.
Dust collectors are now used more in the industry, such as electric bag composite dust collectors and bag filters.

The function of the dust collector is to filter dust and flue gas to meet the requirements of environmental protection!

It has the same function as a vacuum cleaner......
For example, if you want to set up a home LAN, and connect the LAN to the Internet, you need to use a router, similar to the role of the post office in the process of sending letters.
When it is very cold, people will install floor heating in their homes in order to make the indoor temperature not so cold, but the heating generated by floor heating has only one outlet, so in order to make other rooms have heating circulation, so they will think of using water separators. The water separator has the function of adjusting the temperature: the floor heating water separator is used for diversion, if the full boiling water flow is large and the circulation is fast, the indoor temperature will be high; If the valves of each road are half-open, or a single half-open, the amount of hot water in the pipe will be reduced, the water circulation will be slowed down, and the corresponding indoor temperature will be low; If the hot water is turned off and not circulated, it means that there is no heating in the room, so it is said that the indoor temperature can be adjusted by using the floor heating water divider. >>>More
