The people of Qiaodong District, Qiaoxi District, Xuanhua District, and Xiahuayuan District are responsible for the expropriation and compensation of houses within their respective jurisdictions. The housing expropriation and compensation work of the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone, Chabei and Yuanchun Saibei Management Zone, with the consent of the city, is responsible for the expropriation and compensation of houses on state-owned land within its jurisdiction according to the entrusted scope of the municipal housing expropriation department.
