Membership Department. Serving the majority of copyright owners externally, contacting and absorbing copyright owners to join the association, is the bridge and link between the copyright owners and the Music Writers Association, as well as the members and the Music Writers Association.

The work information department is responsible for managing the members' works and related materials, and plays an important role as an "information database". The normal operation of the work and materials department ensures that the association issues licensing services for users and ensures that copyright owners and their works are more widely recognized and protected overseas.

1. Sign a contract for the collective management of audio-visual copyright with the members of the meeting in accordance with the law;

3. Distribute the collected audio and video copyright royalties to members;

5. In order to promote the protection of the copyright rights of Chinese audio-visual programs overseas, as well as the rights of overseas audio-visual programs in Chinese mainland, sign mutual representative agreements with similar overseas organizations;

Provide relevant business consulting and legal services for rights holders and users, and make relevant suggestions to the national legislature and the administrative department of copyright and authority. In order to promote the improvement of the level of audio-visual copyright protection in China and standardize market behavior;

7. Strengthen the contact with the right holders and users of audio-visual programs, and publish information on the collective management of audio-visual programs and audio-visual copyrights; Carry out relevant awards, seminars and exchange activities;
