There are two ways, the first right-click the snap switch, check the center of the circle, then turn off the snapping settings, turn on snapping to move. Second, select the rectangle first, click the alignment command, which is the one next to the mirror, and then click the circumference, check the three axes of xyz in the pop-up dialog box, check the center to the center, and OK. Hope it helps.

Open the object snap, select the shape you want to move, and drag it to the circle, and the center of the circle will appear. You can do it on snapping, but only if you check the center of the circle in the object snap settings!

    I use it often.

    Wireframe entity display toggle f3

    The four front-left top views are l f t p

Select Q Move W Rotate e Scale R (R key has to be reset in Max 2008).

Cancel Mesh g Scene Dialog H Cancel Model Outline J Select Camera C Shader M

Snap S Angle Snap A Align Alt+A Quick Align Shift+A

Isolated mode alt+q maximizes window alt+w

Models are maximized in the view z all models are maximized shift+z

Render shift+q or f9 depending on personal habits.

Copy Ctrl+V, Select All, Ctrl+A, Invert, Ctrl+I, Undo Command (i.e., take a step back), Ctrl+Z

    Ctrl+C to create a camera.

Shift-perform the move Rotate zoom command to be executed on the premise of copying.

That's all I can think about for the time being.

Personally, I feel that max is far less important than PS in terms of shortcuts, and it is enough to remember the most basic, of course, just personal opinions.
