Background:On 2 October 2010, at the World Tourism Day Summit Dialogue on Tourism, Biodiversity and Sustainable Development 2010, participants called for public-private partnership to maintain biodiversity.

In the afternoon summit dialogue on "National Tourism and Leisure and China's Outbound Tourism", Dai Bin, president of the China Tourism Academy, revealed that the country is formulating the "Tourism Law", which will be the first law in the world to stand at the national level and reflect the national will to develop tourism.
