1. Causes of laptop screens.
1. Drive problems.
Since the driver of the laptop is not written by the graphics card chip company, after the chip company provides the chip, the driver problem is handed over to the laptop manufacturer to write by itself, so there may be certain compatibility problems. At the same time, the release time of laptop drivers is very slow, generally updated every six months or every year. When solving the problem, we can first try to see if the screen is blurred and black when running other 3D programs, and if the problem disappears, it can be considered a compatibility problem.
At the same time, the driver file is damaged or lost, which may cause the graphics card to freeze, blur screen, black screen and other phenomena when running, to solve this problem, you only need to uninstall the original driver and reinstall the driver.
2. Third-party software.
After opening the overclocking software, if the video memory frequency exceeds the head, it is normal for the screen to have a texture error and a blurred screen, and it will also cause a crash in serious cases. Because the video memory works at an abnormal frequency, a higher frequency will only make its operation unstable, especially when reading and writing data, which is prone to errors. At this point, we can simply lower or revert to the default frequency.
Of course, the above is the most basic way for us to troubleshoot the laptop screen fault, if the fault persists after debugging, we should start from the hardware side. In the author's personal experience, the phenomenon of laptop screen blurring is generally a hardware problem, and the software problem is more in terms of compatibility.
3. Poor contact of LCD signal line.
This is the first step we take to check the hardware. The phenomenon of blurred and black screens occurs irregularly, or the malfunction disappears after tapping and pressing the keyboard surface, which is often the result of poor contact between the LCD signal cable and the interface. We can eliminate the problem by simply plugging in the corresponding interface.
4. Oxidation reaction.
Generally, this is due to the poor environment or long-term use of the laptop is easy to appear after the result, when processing, we first take out the LCD signal cable interface, wipe the gold finger at the connector with an eraser, and the interface is scrubbed with a small amount of anhydrous alcohol cotton, the purpose is to remove the poor contact caused by oxidation reaction or dirt. After processing, reconnect the wire and check whether it is plugged in tightly.
5. Memory problems.
Since some laptop graphics cards use dynamic memory technology (i.e., DVMT, Dynamic Video Memory Technology), part of the memory capacity is used to allocate the graphics card video memory. In the actual operation process, due to the damage of the internal structure of the memory, when this part is selected as the video memory, the chip and the graphics memory often make errors when exchanging data, resulting in a blurred screen, black screen, and even a crash. In this case, we can replace the memory of the same specification with the substitution method.
Of course, if the video memory is integrated on the motherboard, we will have to send it for repair.

What should I do if my computer screen is blurred? The solution to the computer screen blur, for such a problem, there are probably the following situations. The first case:
Display water ripple flickering The main reason for the display water ripple flickering is caused by wire, which can also be said to be one of the common problems. Generally, there are three common cables used by the host to connect to the display: VGA cable, DVI cable, HDMI cable, and there are other uncommon DP cables.
In addition to the DP line, which is quite expensive, the other three wires are relatively cheap, and the quality of most of the wires is also faultless. But if you still have a good chance of catching up with inferior wires.
Method steps.
The second situation: the display screen is blank The host has been running, there is no fault with other equipment, the display has also been powered on, and the power indicator indicates standby, but the display just doesn't light up. If your monitor is black and the power light isn't on, check that the power cord is plugged in.
If the power supply is plugged in, replace the power cord. If you can't change the power cord, then your monitor must be a hardware problem.
The third case: the display appears colored lines In fact, to deal with this failure, we must first know that there are two main reasons for the appearance of colored lines: first, if it is a full screen of colored lines, or with the transformation of the display content and the color lines, usually their position is not fixed, generally does not fill the entire screen, most of this situation is caused by graphics card failure, such as overheating of video memory or driver error.
The general solution is to reinstall and set up the graphics drivers, reduce the power rating back to the graphics card if it is overclocked, and clean the graphics card fan or heatsink to improve the cooling of the case. Secondly, if it is one or more lines covering the entire screen, even if the content of the display changes, the position and color of the lines do not change, and most of the reasons are that the control chip or cable of the LCD screen is faulty, and such a fault can usually only be sent to the manufacturer for maintenance. Fourth case:
Two vertical black bands on the edges of the display This phenomenon mostly occurs on older computers and is caused by the lack of video memory on the graphics card. Older computer graphics cards had only 1 MB of video memory, which can occur if the resolution is set too high. To deal with this failure, you can add video memory to the graphics card, and there is usually a socket for adding video memory on this type of graphics card.
The fifth case: memory module problem If it is not caused by the above reasons, you can consider whether it is caused by memory module damage, you can remove the dust on the memory module by wiping, and then turn on the computer to see if the problem of the screen is solved, if it cannot be solved, you need to replace the memory module.
The sixth situation: playing games leads to a blurred screen on the computer Many users encounter such a situation, the computer does not know what the reason is when playing the game, and the screen is blurred. Some netizens will choose to reinstall the system, but after reinstallation, play games or continue to blur the screen, most of the computer monitors are caused by the installation of incompatible graphics card drivers or the high temperature of the graphics card, and a small number of them are caused by hardware aging.
Battery life is based on actual usage, and you can reduce power consumption by lowering the screen brightness, turning off unwanted apps, etc., so as to extend battery life. It is recommended to connect the adapter.
The dell heat dissipation effect is still okay, but laptops are not suitable for long-term booting, and it is recommended that the landlord can buy a radiator!
