The description is not very clear, but it can probably be checked in two aspects.

First of all, look at the configuration of this switch, only VLAN 1 is divided, but the port uses VLAN 3

Then it means that there is a layer 3 switch at the upper end, look at the configuration of that one, maybe it is a modification of the configuration of VLAN 3, and the second look at the route of your machine, by default, all the address segments point to, so is there a detailed route of the upper switch? Maybe the topology has changed, and you need to redo the routing.

Layer 2 VLAN can only communicate within the same VLAN, and Layer 3 communication is used for communication between different VLANs. How is the switch connected? If the port is set to VLAN 3, the client also uses the IP range of VLAN 3.

1. Open the ENSP model and select the switch, drag the S5700 to the topology diagram, select the switch, then turn on the device, and then enter the configuration interface.

2. Create a VLAN with the following commands:

3. After creating a VLAN, run the dispaly VLAN command to view the information about the VLAN, [R2]Display VLAN.

4. Then use the port link-type access command to configure some port modes on the switch to be access type interfaces, and use the port default vlan command to configure the default vlan of the interface and join the corresponding vlan at the same time.

After the configuration is complete, check whether the port is added to VLAN 10.
