1 The role of the part.
This part is the valve rocker arm shaft support in the rocker arm joint in the Type 1105 diesel engine. The mm hole is equipped with a rocker arm shaft, and a rocker arm of an intake and exhaust valve is installed at both ends of the shaft. A decompression shaft is installed in the mm hole to reduce the pressure in the cylinder and facilitate the start of the diesel engine, and the distance between the two holes is mm, which can ensure that the decompression shaft opens the valve on the rocker arm to achieve decompression.
The part is connected to the cylinder with an M10 screw through a mm hole. This part is an important part of the diesel engine valve control system.

Analyze the drawings of the parts, the views of the drawings are not clear, the dimensions are complete, the parts of the parts can be clearly expressed, the technical conditions are reasonably marked, the surface roughness is marked, the dimensional tolerances are complete, and the processing requirements can be fully expressed. From the above analysis, it is known that the processing of the part should be processed first, and the hole should be based on the surface. Ensure the distance and parallelism between the center of the hole and the bottom surface.

The material of the part is HT200, according to the factors that should be considered in the selection of the blank, the part is small in size, the shape is not very complex, the roughness is obtained on the outer surface by not removing the material method, because the production type of the part is batch and mass production, and the production cost of sand casting is low, and the equipment is simple, so the part blank adopts sand casting.
The design of the blank:
Because the production type is batch and mass production, considering the production cost of the blank and the cost of machining, the blank manufacturing method is sand casting, 18, 16 holes need to be finished, and the machining allowance should be left, so the holes should not be cast, and other small holes are not cast.
