The ISO9000 family standard is not a technical standard for products, but a series of management measures for the organization's management structure, personnel, technical capabilities, various rules and regulations, technical documents and internal supervision mechanisms that reflect the organization's management measures to ensure the quality of products and services.

The full name of ISO is the International Organization for Standardization, and the standards we are familiar with such as ISO9001 and ISO14001 are promulgated by it.

The standards of the International Standards Organization are often not a single one, but are presented in the form of a family, which contains the basic terms of the system, the system requirements, the system review guidelines, etc.

ISO9000 is not only a general name for the family, including all the standards under ISO9000 (including ISO9001), but also specifically refers to the "Quality Management System - Basis and Terminology", which is responsible for interpreting the concepts and definitions in the quality management system.

The ISO9001 certification often mentioned by enterprises refers to the ISO9001 quality management system certification, often referred to as "quality certificate" or "9000 certificate". Although there is no stipulation on which enterprises must do ISO9001 certification, as one of the most widely used basic certifications in the field of certification, it must have been favored by many enterprises.

Basic introduction. ISO9001 certification is used to demonstrate an organization's ability to provide products that meet customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction. With the continuous expansion and increasing internationalization of the commodity economy, in order to improve the credibility of products, reduce repeated inspections, weaken and eliminate technical barriers, and safeguard the rights and interests of producers, distributors, users and consumers, this certification party is not dominated by the economic interests of both producers and sellers, notarization and science.

All enterprises that have passed ISO9001 certification have reached international standards in the integration of various management systems, indicating that enterprises can continue to provide customers with expected and satisfactory qualified products. From the perspective of consumers, the company is customer-centric, can meet customer needs, achieve customer satisfaction, and do not induce consumers.

ISO9001 refers to quality certification, which is usually to ensure product quality, improve product reputation, protect the interests of users and consumers, and promote the good development of enterprises.

4 conditions to apply for quality certification:

1. The certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce held by a Chinese enterprise"Business license of enterprise legal person"；

The foreign enterprise holds a certificate of registration with the relevant department or agency.

Second, the product quality is stable and can be mass-produced normally.

Stable quality means that the product has been continuously inspected for more than one year.

Products produced in small batches cannot represent the stability of product quality, and enterprises that produce products in batches must be eligible to apply for certification.

3. The product conforms to national standards, industry standards and their supplementary technical requirements, or meets the standards confirmed by the competent administrative department of standardization.

The standard here refers to a national standard or industry standard with an international level.

Whether the product meets the standard shall be confirmed and approved by the inspection agency confirmed and approved by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to conduct sampling to prove.

Fourth, the quality system established by the production enterprise meets the requirements of the quality assurance standards in the GB T19000-ISO9000 family. Establish an applicable quality standard system (generally ISO9002 is selected to establish a quality system) and make it operate effectively.
