Recently, I took the time to read the book "Happy Work", which benefited me a lot and touched me deeply. The book elaborates on how to make one's work happy from many aspects, so that oneself can always maintain a good attitude, a happy mood, a full spirit, positive action and selfless work, enjoy happiness in work, and create value in happiness.

1. Happy work, starting from the heart - work with enthusiasm: the key to happy work depends on the mentality. Give up complaining and face the current work with an optimistic attitude, then we will find joy in this positive change.

Work is a state of life, an attitude towards life. If a person works with a positive attitude, he will be able to stimulate his enthusiasm, initiative and wisdom in his work. If you treat your work with a negative attitude, you will do things with a negative attitude, and you will always habitually find the shortcomings of things, and you will focus on your own shortcomings.

This kind of mentality will directly lead you to look at anything more and more without brotherly confidence, and more and more inferiority. 3.
