For Windows systems, please make sure you have installed patch KB2919355, if you do not turn on automatic updates, or use third-party software to take over the system updates, it is recommended that you uninstall those software directly, and then go to Windows Update to update yourself. KB2919355 Patch Description: This patch is a Windows Cumulative Update patch with a patch release date of April 2014.
If you are also on the Blue Dot network often before this date, I believe that Brother Duck should have published an article at that time to emphasize that the patch is a critical update, and if it is not installed, subsequent updates to the system will not be possible.
Then here's the problem, if you don't have the patch installed, then unfortunately, kb3035583 is undetectable to you.
So, the solution is to go to Windows Update and install patch KB2919355 first.
So for Windows 7 users, how to fix it?
Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to find out if you received the update because you didn't install a patch, but in the case of Windows, that's probably the reason for that.
So, if you have enough time, you can install all the patches that Microsoft is still providing for Windows 7 since its release, and that should solve the problem.
If the above method still fails to check for the KB3035583 patch
