3) For the photosensitive drum and toner are integrated mechanisms, they should be replaced in sets at the same time. Shake the toner well before loading.

4) The toner that falls inside and outside the printer when replacing can be removed with a vacuum cleaner and scrubbed with anhydrous alcohol.

5) The replacement should be carried out in a darker studio.

In addition, it should be noted that the validity period of the photosensitive drum is two and a half years when it is dismantled at the end, and the validity period is 6 months after unpacking, and the expiration date is printed on the drum box, so it must be used within the validity period.

Do not rotate the OPC drum core by hand without authorization, you must pay attention to the direction when the OPC drum core rotates, if the rotation direction is wrong, it will damage the parts and cause powder leakage or printing smudges. 5. When choosing printing paper, do not use wrinkled, uneven incisions or too thick, too hard, rough and other paper, which will affect the printing quality and wear the drum. 6. Before the toner cartridge is newly installed on the printer, shake it in the horizontal direction 6-8 times to make the toner loose and evenly distributed, and then pull out the sealing strip, otherwise it may be uneven piece by piece.

7. Make sure the toner cartridge is away from the monitor, hard drive, or any other magnetic material.

Do not copy. I usually use a good paper towel (which is more convenient). Soft cloth is also fine, preferably non-woven fabric.

During the use of the color photocopier drum will be gradually damaged due to friction with the scraper, the surface of the drum is repeatedly rubbed 3-4 times with a drum polishing cleaner, (do not let the surface of the drum leave a cleaner) and then put back the drum frame can be used, with this method can lubricate the drum, reduce the friction between the drum and the scraper, and prolong the service life of the drum.

The color photocopier drum will not be clear after some time of use, which is the photosensitive layer of the drum has been gradually damaged, and the repeated method is to use a photosensitive drum polishing cleaner to repeatedly rub the surface of the photosensitive drum 3-4 times (do not let the surface of the photosensitive drum leave a cleaner) and then put it back on the drum frame to use).

The following matters should be paid attention to when replacing the drum core and scraper: (1) The new OPC drum core is generally wrapped with black paper, and the label should be uncovered when taking the drum, and the drum should be taken out after opening the black paper, and the drum should not be pulled out directly from the black paper to avoid scratching the drum surface; (2) In the process of taking and loading the drum, handle it gently, do not touch foreign objects or directly touch the surface of the OPC drum with your hands; (3) When installing the drum core and scraper, apply an appropriate amount of toner on the scraper, and rotate the drum core in the correct direction for one week to help prevent scratches on the drum surface.

To keep the photocopier clean, the photosensitive drum should be wiped regularly with detergent, and a professional needs to disassemble it.
