How to swing a racket for beginners in tennis.
1.Imitate the correct movements with your bare hands and practice swinging the air shot.
Use the method of mind, meditate on the correct action in the brain, according to the requirements of the action, while silently reading, while doing the action, when swinging, imagine that there is indeed the ball, maintain the correct position and accurate hitting point, from slow to fast repeated practice of freehand swing action, until the action is skillfully and freely mastered, to achieve the action stereotype.
2.Look in the mirror to check the swing motion.
Standing in front of a large mirror, you can see your whole body when swinging, and check the farthest position of the racket when swinging back, the position of the hitting point, and the position of the swing when you swing back. Observe your own batting posture in the mirror and correct any incorrect movements. For example, many athletes who are hitting a ball with a high back swing can watch in the mirror where their racket is pulled back, and if it is too high, adjust themselves and continue to practice in front of the mirror until the movement is up to par.
Repeat the swing until you have an idea of the correct stroke. On the court, when the shot is not right, it will be helpful to recall these concepts to make the correct swing.
3.Practice the stability of the toss.
Instability in throwing can affect the stability of the serve. The way to practice throwing the ball is to find a room with a high ceiling at home, or outdoors near a building, or at the fence around the tennis court, use the racket to reach forward to determine a point or line, and pay attention to the relationship between the point or line and the reference, and then practice throwing the ball repeatedly so that the ball can always be thrown to that point or line. Each time the ball is thrown into this position, the racket can be swung but not to hit the ball, with the aim of helping to improve the pace of the serve.
At the same time, after the ball is thrown, let it hit directly to the ground to check if it is thrown on the front side of the body.

There are seven basic tennis racket grips, namely: continental, oriental forefront, semi-western, western, ultra-western, oriental backhand, and two-handed grip.
1. Continental grip. The index knuckle of the right hand is on the upper right side, and the tiger's mouth is on the upper side.
2. Oriental grip. The index knuckle of the right hand is "on the right side", and the tiger crack is on the "upper right side".
3. Semi-Western noisy tong style grip. The index knuckle of the right hand is "lower to the right", and the tiger's mouth is "on the right side".
4. Western-style grip. The index knuckle of the right hand is "on the lower side", and the tiger's mouth is on the "lower right side".
5. Oriental backhand grip. The index knuckle of the right hand is "on the upper side", and the tiger's mouth is on the "upper left side".
6. Super Western-style grip. The right touches the index knuckle of the hand "under the left side", and the tiger's mouth is on the "lower side".
7. Hold the racket with both hands. Hold the grip handle with the hand that exerts the force, and place it on top with the other auxiliary hand in a non-fully western style.

1. Oriental forehand grip: The "V" shape formed by the tiger's mouth of the thumb and index finger is aligned with the position of the junction between the right side of the upper plane of the handle and the upper right inclined plane, and the palm of the hand is close to the right vertical plane. The first joint of the thumb clasps the left vertical face of the handle.
The index finger is slightly separated from the middle finger, like a pistol trigger, and goes around from below. The middle finger, ring finger, and little finger grasp the bottom of the handle flush. The oriental grip is similar to the posture of a handshake.
Just place your right palm flat on the paddle and slide it back down the paddle until the handle holds it. At this point, you should be able to feel the racket as an extension of your hand, and the surface of the racket is an extended palm. This awareness is good for beginners to improve the effectiveness of controlling the racket.
2. Oriental backhand grip: The Oriental backhand grip method is to rotate 90° to the left on the basis of the Oriental forehand grip method, and the "V" shape of the tiger's mouth is aligned with the upper left slope of the racket handle, and the root of the palm is close to the upper left slope of the racket handle, which is flush with the bottom of the handle of the cavity and the remaining fingers. The index finger is slightly separated from the other fingers, crushing the upper right slope of the racket handle, and the thumb is extended to the left vertical surface.
However, when hitting the lower ball, the thumb should be slightly bent and the left lower slope should be pressed with the belly of the thumb to avoid the head of the paddle from drooping and prevent the development of an irregular backhand stroke.
3. Western-style forehand grip: the palm of the hand is "V", and the glyph is aligned with the lower edge of the upper right bevel of the handle. The palm root is attached to the right lower right bevel, flush with the bottom of the handle.
The Western-style forehand grip is slightly tilted down when hitting the ball, which can produce strong topspin, and the "net breaking" effect is very good, but it requires enough wrist strength, otherwise it will not be able to be used for a long time. It is generally believed that the Western-style forehand grip is relatively difficult to use, and only a few professional athletes use it.
