During the period of study, students can change majors or schools under any of the following circumstances:
1) Students do have special strengths, and changing majors or schools can give full play to their strengths;
2) The student is found to have a certain disease or physical defect after enrollment, and is diagnosed and confirmed by the medical unit designated by the university, and cannot study in the original major, but can still study in the relevant major of the university or other institutions of higher learning;
3) As recognized by the school, the student does have some special difficulties and is unable to continue his studies without changing majors or schools;
4) Undergraduate students have real difficulties in learning and request to transfer to a junior college;
5) According to the employment situation and the demand for talents in society, the university believes that it is indeed necessary to adjust the majors of a small number of students.
In any of the following circumstances, students are generally not allowed to change majors or schools:
1) Transfer from general colleges to key colleges and universities (including provincial key colleges);
2) Transfer from a junior college to a bachelor's degree or a "college upgrade";
3) Freshmen who have been enrolled for less than one semester;
4) Those who are transferred to the unified enrollment of the corresponding enrollment, or those who are both enrolled in the same enrollment but the subjects of the entrance examination are inconsistent;
5) Those who implement the academic year system, those who are in the third year of undergraduate studies or above (including the third year) or the second year of junior college (including the second year);
6) Those with a large span of disciplines;
7) The score of the college entrance examination is lower than the minimum admission score of the year in which the major is to be transferred;
8) Suspension to retain student status, suspension period or withdrawal from probation.
1) The applicant shall submit an application to the department (department, college) to which he or she belongs.
2) Students who change majors within the scope of the university shall be approved by the school and reported to the Provincial Department of Education for the record.
3) Students who transfer within the province shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Education for approval by the transfer-out school after the review and approval of the transfer-out and transfer-in schools.
4) Students of institutions of higher learning in this province who transfer to colleges and universities in other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) must obtain the consent of the school from which they are transferred, and submit the letter of acceptance to the school to which they are transferred shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Education for review and approval, and the Provincial Department of Education shall contact the provincial education department to be transferred to the school, and the competent department shall examine and approve it.
5) Students of institutions of higher learning in other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) who intend to transfer to higher education institutions in this province must be transferred out of the school and the consent of the school to which they are transferred, and the school to which they are transferred shall report to the competent department of education of the province for examination and approval, and the school to which they are transferred shall report to the Provincial Department of Education for approval.
6) A copy of the transfer approval document should be sent to the public security department where the school is located. Where transfers are made across provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government), a copy is to be sent by the competent department for education of the province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) to the public security department for the area where the school is transferred.

The transfer application and attachments are on file with the transfer certificate stub; Students should go to the school to complete the transfer procedures with the transfer certificate. The original or photocopy of the certificate of household registration transfer (and the certificate of transfer of guardianship) must be presented for the transfer of students and the transfer of students.
Due to the transfer of household registration and home address, but the student or his/her guardian does not request to transfer, the school shall not force the student to go through the transfer procedures. Students who transfer to another school during the suspension period can only be allowed to return to school after the expiration of the leave of absence.
Students who transfer from a public school to a private school are required to go through the transfer procedures during the winter and summer vacations. The former school and the competent department of education should support it.
