Enter the operating system, different smart locks have different access methods (refer to the manual)., some press *, some press 0, depending on how your smart lock gets in.

Once you are in the system, find Enter Administrator Information, with an administrator password and an administrator fingerprint.

Some door locks require a default code to be entered before entry, generally 123456 or something,Then enter the administrator password and administrator fingerprint。Generally speaking, the administrator password and administrator fingerprint can be set several times.

With administrator privileges, you can enter users, also in the interface of the operating system, just find and add users

1. Successfully unlock by other means.

After some smart locks are locked due to wrong passwords, they can also be unlocked by fingerprint or card swiping or mobile phone Bluetooth. At this time, we only need to successfully unlock the lock once in other ways, and the smart lock will automatically unlock the state.

Of course, if the smart lock display is locked, the fingerprint or card does not respond, you need to use the following two ways to deal with it.

2. Wait a few minutes.

Depending on the design, the lock state of the smart lock is generally 3 minutes or 5 minutes.

That is to say, during this time, as long as you don't do anything, wait for a few minutes, and the smart lock will automatically unlock the state.

The setting time of each lock is different, so if you are not sure, just wait for 5 minutes and keep it to unlock.

3. Open the door with a mechanical key.

Opening the door directly with a mechanical key is also an option.

Most people will not carry the key with them when they install a smart lock, but it is not recommended to keep the key at home. Because, if the electronic part fails, using a mechanical key to open the door can help you save a lot of money on unlocking.

(1) Check whether the appearance of the smart lock is complete, exclude the self-lock caused by the destruction of the smart lock by the outside world, after the exclusion, you can find the administrator of the smart lock system settings, verify the identity with the administrator's fingerprint, and realize the solution to the self-locking.

2) The current smart lock is different from the previous way of "opening first and then scanning", the scanning method is very simple, put your finger on the top of the scanning place and scan it from top to bottom, no need to press your finger on the scanning place, the scanning method reduces the residual fingerprint, greatly reduces the possibility of fingerprint being copied, and is safe and exclusive.

3) Enter the password many times or the fingerprint is incorrect and the panel is locked, similar to the phone unlocked, wait quietly for about 3 5 minutes, it will be automatically unlocked. But unlike mobile phones, the smart lock system has anti-theft settings, so don't think about unlocking the lock by force.

1.Remove the battery cover and press the [Reset Button].

2.Walk outside the door, the smart lock screen will show whether you want to initialize, click [Yes], and then confirm, (corresponding to up, down, left, right).

3.When the system displays [Initialization Successful], it means that the factory reset is successful!

Smart Door Lock Factory Reset Tutorial II:

1.Enter the management interface (administrator password, magnetic card, fingerprint verification can be, and you can only enter the management password of "123456" for the first time).

2.Select 2 "System Management", then press the [ ] key to confirm, then select 7 "Factory Reset", and then press the [ ] key to confirm.

3.Just move the cursor to "Yes", click the [ ] button to confirm, and wait for it to be factory reset.

Precautions for the use of smart locks:

1) Register at least two fingers of family members for each lock, and repeat each finger at least three times!

2) Please be sure to keep your card and password, if you set up a combination unlock, but lose your card and password, you can't open the door!

3) The front panel of the power-on button pushes the slide cover to power on, and the rear panel presses the power-on button, press this button twice in a row to enter the door opening state, and the button position is below the battery box.

4) The system locking time of the fingerprint lock is generally about 5 minutes, and the system will automatically unlock after 5 minutes;

5) Generally, the door lock will be equipped with an emergency key, and the system can be reset after unlocking the door;

6) If the system is deadlocked, you can turn off the power, turn the battery to the direction of "off", and then reconnect the system to the power supply, and the system can be restarted.

The password fingerprint lock uses the human fingerprint to verify the identity and use it as a certificate to open the door lock. When the fingerprint is activated, the fingerprint recognition window light will be on, and a short sound of "Didi" will be heard, which is a prompt that there is no fingerprint in the system at present. Notes:

1. Password unlocking (with anti-leakage function, you can press any number of numbers to prevent password leakage before entering the correct password). Enter the set unlocking code, press the number key, and the door lock sends out a prompt sound of successful unlocking, indicating that the unlocking is successful.

2. Induction card unlocking: Bring the authorized door card close to the induction area, and the door lock will send out a prompt sound of successful unlocking, indicating that the unlocking is successful.

3. Fingerprint unlocking: Put the authorized fingerprint on the window, and send a prompt sound of successful unlocking to indicate that the unlocking is successful.

4. The remote control switch is locked. Press the unlocking button of the remote control, turn the handle down, and the unlocking is successful; When the door is closed, press the remote control to close the lock, lift the handle, and the lock is closed successfully.
