3. Anti-static. Integrated circuits and electronic components are sensitive to electrostatic voltage in the range of +25V +1000V, which is easily harmed by high electrostatic voltage. In maintenance work, it is often found that many office equipment cannot work normally due to chip damage, and more than 80% of chip damage is caused by electrostatic discharge.

Under normal circumstances, the damage of electrostatic discharge to office equipment such as fax machines can be roughly divided into two categories: one is related to voltage (voltage), which is damaged by crossing the oxide layer of components through high voltage, and the oxide layer collapses to form a short circuit and burn the components; The other is related to energy (power), the destruction of which is caused by the collapse of the junction surface, and the voltage across the junction surface causes a large current, which produces a thermal effect by the current, resulting in local heat concentration and melting silicon wafers and aluminum metals.

4. When pulling out integrated circuits, electronic components and other multi-pin components, the solder paste should be sucked clean and then pulled, and it must not be pulled hard to prevent the printed board from breaking or the metallization hole of the multi-layer board from loosening. In the maintenance work, it is necessary not to blindly weld and disassemble, and not to twist the adjustable parts and potentiometers at will, so as not to mess up the working point of the whole machine and cause unnecessary trouble to bend the wheel.

5. When replacing integrated circuits and electronic components, the power supply must be cut off first to ensure the safety of man and machine. When replacing integrated circuits and electronic components, substitutes should not be used. If there are no integrated circuits and electronic components of the same model and specification and other substitutes are selected, it is necessary to find out the type of substitute, the function of each pin and its parameters, etc., and do not increase (or decrease) its function at will.

When replacing high-power components, heat dissipation equipment must be installed at the same time and installed fixedly.

6. Cleaning treatment. Overhauled integrated circuits and electronic components, must be inspected and cleaned first, for the screws, nuts, wire heads and solder paste and other items that fall into the machine, must be cleaned in advance to prevent leaving hidden dangers of accidents.
