11.The large capacitance under test equipment without a ground wire should be discharged before the test. During the HVDC test, the equipment should be discharged to the ground several times at the end of each time or at the end of the test, and the equipment should be short-circuited and grounded.
12.At the end of the test, the tester should dismantle the self-installed grounding short line, and inspect the tested equipment and clean up the site.
13.Special important electrical tests should have detailed test measures and be approved by the competent engineer.
