3. When the height of high-altitude operation is more than 15 meters to 30 meters, it is called second-level high-altitude operation.

4. When the height of high-altitude operation is more than 30 meters, it is called super-high-altitude operation.

Protective sheds should be erected above the concentration of personnel activities and entrances and exits.

The safety technical measures for working at height should be determined in the construction plan and completed before construction, and the final experience is confirmed to meet the requirements.

Personnel suffering from mental illness, epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart disease and other diseases that are not suitable for working at height shall not engage in construction at height.

Personnel working at heights should undergo regular physical examinations in accordance with regulations.
