If the company still needs you after you leave the company, you also feel that you can accept the company's salary package. It's completely possible to go back to the original company. If you go to a new company, you have to deal with a new environment and new colleagues, and you have to re-manage your relationships.

If the working conditions and treatment are similar, you will have to get used to the old company anyway than the new company.

1. Don't go back.

Second, you changed jobs for a reason, and you must have been moved by the company's treatment later, even if you go back, you must have other ideas sooner or later, and you will definitely be worried because the salary is not high, after all, money is still the main thing.

Third: the superior feels that it may be because you get along well with your leaders or say that you work well to make the leaders worry-free and bring benefits to the company, rest assured, the boss is always thinking about his own company;

Generally, the company will not lay off employees casually, otherwise it will be too inauthentic, and if the contract is signed, it is also guaranteed for the staff, and the company will not lay off people easily. But it is not recommended that you go back, if you can guarantee that you go back, your superiors are still looking forward to you, will give you a salary increase, and will reuse you, then you will go back, otherwise it is easy to give people a feeling of inferiority, which is human nature.

First: When you go to a new company, you should immerse yourself in the work for a period of time, and don't be in a hurry to give up if you don't adapt.

Take my own example. I graduated in '97 and worked as a French translator in Wuhan, and after working for a few months, I really wanted to go out and see, so I quit my job and went to the Xiaolangdi construction site of the Yellow River, also as a translator. ran out with the mentality of breaking through, but when I got there, my heart was cold.

The conditions on the construction site are very poor, and it is deep winter and the weather is very cold. When I got there, my first reaction was: I can't stay in this place, and I want to go back quickly.

At that time, I immediately called an old leader of the original company, and he firmly told me: Even if you don't like it, you can't come back immediately, at least make a decision for three months.

I have always remembered this sentence from him. When you first arrive in a new environment, you must have a lot of discomfort, and it is obviously unwise to make a hasty decision and leave in a hurry when you are not adapted. In the end, I stayed there for more than half a year, and although it was a little painful, I gained a lot from that perseverance.

When the project was almost finished, I left the construction site and came to Shanghai.

Second: there is a wall outside, there is no better company to choose, and retreating to the original company is to escape.

There was once a colleague who left the company in the middle of the job, but the development did not go well, and he came back half a year later. After three years, I left again, and before leaving, I was told that it was wrong to come back, and that I was not optimistic about the development of the company, and it was a kind of escape because I was not optimistic about the development of the company, and it was equivalent to standing still for three years.

A comfortable environment should not be considered a comfort zone at any time. Don't choose comfort at that age of struggle.

Third: think clearly that the original company is what you want, and it is wise to come back.

When a person's vision is broadened, he will know how to focus.

This mountain looks at that mountain because it looks at other mountains very "beautiful". It's the same with going to work, doing your own work and watching other people's work well. When you don't go deep into a company or a job, you just feel good, which is the so-called "Zhiqianchun career photo".

But when you do it, you may find that you don't like it.

This is a process of exploration that gives you the opportunity to compare, or you find that your previous company is more suitable for you, or find a new direction, which is a good thing. This process increases self-awareness, and the choices you make afterwards tend to make you more focused and less cranky.

Whether to return to work in the company where you left should think rationally and not be too influenced by the traditional thinking of "good horses don't eat grass". Of course, it is also worth considering whether the original company can treat the people who "enter the palace twice" culturally.

Many well-known companies keep in good contact with departing employees and welcome them back to work because it is more stable than newly hired employees. They will learn about the hardships out there and will appreciate the opportunity to come back to work. It's the best of both worlds.
