The heart is not separated from the Buddha, the Buddha is not centrifuged, the thoughts are continuous, there is no interruption, if it is the Buddha, the name and things are one heart, this is the thought of the troubles broken. If you reach this realm, when you reach this realm, although you do not seek to stop your confusion, you will naturally stop thinking about your troubles. Therefore, thinking about troubles is troublesome, it is to be broken, and the more you have to break it, the more you can't break it, why?

The thought that you want to break is a firm attachment, and the thought of disturbing thoughts is attachment, and attachment cannot break attachment. So what to do? It would be nice to ignore it, as long as we really grasp the program of the scriptures that teach us to study, develop bodhichitta, and concentrate on it all the time, we will succeed.

Don't think about anything else, just stop thinking about your troubles. Don't think about how I'm going to cut me off, to break my body, to break my side, not to think about that. Thinking only of sincerity, purity, equality, enlightenment, compassion is bodhichitta in which there is no attachment, no discrimination, no delusion.

If we change our attention and focus on one mind, on pure and equal awareness, on seeking the Pure Land and getting close to the Mida, that's right, you're not bad at all. Don't think about anything else, don't you just let it go? In daily life, we never forget the consciousness of purity and equality, and truly cultivate!

Don't be polluted by life in life, don't be polluted by work in your work, don't be polluted by people and things in your dealings with people, and don't be polluted by the material environment. This can be entered into the "Huayan Sutra" on the board of directors without hindrance, everything is unhindered, then you are not reborn in the Pure Land for convenience, but in the solemn land.

Since you wake up to your own stupidity, then you are stupid and think. The six-character Buddha horn is read in the mouth, and the heart is read together. Whatever comes to mind, just leave it alone and just keep reading.

Don't think about anything messy. If you don't pursue it, you don't ask for anything and reason, it's just to recite the Buddha honestly. Over time, I know it.

The so-called chanting of the Buddha can determine the troubles of thinking and dust, that is, when you have troubles, you can use Buddhist thoughts to elicit the most suitable answer for yourself in your subconscious, and the Buddha is in your life, and it is embodied in your life. There are many small things that can be said to be troubles or deep in life, and a casual word can give you the answer.

Reciting the Buddha needs to be responded to by the Buddha's heart, I am shallow, chanting the Buddha is different from reading and speaking, the Buddha's heart together with the three thousand worlds are all "empty", chanting the Buddha first solemn its heart, if it is no different from the feeling of a lifetime, it is not a big achievement.

We can settle our minds on the Buddha name by chanting the Buddha, whether we are walking or working, so that the recitation of the Buddha name continues. If there are too many delusions, the mind will become complicated and the troubles will increase. If you can recite the Buddha every day and all the time, your mind will become more and more pure, and your psychological burden will become less and less.

Why can't a person be happy? It is because there are too many things in the mind that the mind is oppressed by many things and attachments. We should all have the experience that when our hearts are heavy, we can't be happy if we want to.

On the other hand, if our minds are free of any burdens, we can experience relaxation.

So, we have to learn to look at our own thoughts. What is the function of the rosary in our hands? It's about helping us to look at our own thoughts.

There is a story in Zen Buddhism that when a child went to herd a cow, the cow was a bison at first, so the child had to follow the cow every day, always holding on to the ox's rope, and if he was careless, it would run away without a trace. The boy trained the cow every day, blew the whistle, pulled the rope, and over time the ox became more and more docile, and at last the child could even ride on the back of the ox, and when he went to sleep by himself, the ox would not run away. Our minds are like those of this buffalo.

There is a word called "mind ape mind horse", which means that our mind is restless like an ape, and our mind is running around like a wild horse. We often get lost in the five desires, hear good things, see good things, we cling to them, and we go to greed and hatred. When we are greedy for these things, we have long since thrown our hearts aside, and we have long been lost in the environment we like, just like the cow, which accidentally ran away without a trace.

And the rosary is like a rope tied to an ox, and our minds run faster and wilder than an ox, so we must always look at it.

We need to reflect on what we are thinking at the moment. See what are these thoughts on your mind? We have to look at our thoughts, whether they are good or bad, and we have to be clear in our hearts.

Especially when we are greedy and hateful, don't blindly follow it. A person who has not studied Buddhism is desperately greedy when his greed is present; When hatred appears, it is desperately angry; When you love, you love to die and live; When we hate, we hate each other so much that we can't share the sleepiness, and as a result, these troubles become the masters of our lives. The purpose of reciting the Buddha is to cultivate our mindfulness, so that we can grasp our own minds, our present and future, instead of letting the troubles of the five desires and dusts control our body and mind, so that our minds can always maintain a pure awareness.

In this way, while you recite it, your heart is calm and serene, and at the same time, your ears turn your heart to listen to your own chanting of the Buddha, "Nan Wu Guanyin Bodhisattva", and you can hear every word clearly. At this time, if there are other distracting thoughts and delusions in the middle, you don't care, don't worry. It doesn't matter how much delusion you have, it doesn't hinder your mindfulness in chanting Buddhahood.

This is like the light and black smoke of a candle, the Buddha name is equal to the light, and the delusion is the black smoke around us. Although the black smoke is rising, as long as the Buddha name does not stop, the light will not be extinguished, and the two will not hinder each other. Another example is digging a well, digging out the mud into a deep pit is chanting Buddha, digging in the middle of the inevitable some mud peeling off is delusional, broken mud peeling off, it doesn't matter, the main thing is to keep digging, digging deeper and deeper, the well naturally becomes.

The point is to have mindfulness of the good and evil consequences that have been and are emerging, and then to do so. The karma that has occurred or is happening is the ripening of past karma, but there is no necessary connection between the negative karma (person, thing) that we experience and the negative karma that we take back with hatred or even bad karma. If we change the bad habits and persist in mindfulness and good deeds in the face of good and evil retribution, then in the future there will not only be good habits, but also better and better retribution. >>>More
