How to take the Intermediate Certificate for Hardware Engineer?

I don't know the intermediate certificate of hardware engineer, but I have taken the PCB layout engineer certificate, and I signed up in Fanyi Education and issued by the state agency, and I only need to pay the registration fee.

The Electronic Education and Examination Center of the Ministry of Information Industry, as the supporting institution of industry education of the Ministry of Information Industry, has launched the Advanced Vocational Education Program for Hardware Engineers (HEACE) after careful planning. The senior vocational education program for hardware engineers adheres to the curriculum design principle of "career as the main line and employment as the guide", and provides a complete education and training solution for improving the hardware technology level and vocational ability of IT practitioners in China.

The hardware engineer senior vocational education project team is entrusted by the Electronic Education and Examination Center of the Ministry of Information Industry to carry out a series of training and examinations for hardware engineers. Hardware engineers do not require certificates and do not need to balance additional certificates. Mainly academic qualifications and project experience.
