When accepting the application for change, the quality and technical supervision department shall review whether the enterprise still meets the requirements of the necessary conditions for food production enterprises. When the name of the enterprise changes, it shall submit an application for changing the name of the food production license to the quality and technical supervision department that originally accepted the application for the food production license within 3 months after the name change.
