Party A shall provide Party B with necessary labor protection equipment according to the actual situation of Party B's position and Party A's regulations.
Article 4 Education and training.
During the use of Party B's registered supervision engineer certificate, Party A has the obligation to maintain its continued validity.
Party A is responsible for the annual business training related to Party B's registration certificate, and Party A has the obligation to inform the training information and try to send someone to participate in the study on behalf of Party B. If you need to participate in person, the travel expenses, accommodation expenses during the study period will be reimbursed by Party A. During the period of this contract, the expenses required for the maintenance of Party B's registration certificate (including registration fee, seal fee, annual inspection fee, and continuing education and learning fee shall be reimbursed by Party A).
