In order to educate the women in the palace, Empress Xu collected the teachings of the "ancient sages" on women's feudal morality, which was compiled in the second year of Yongle (1404). Later, in the second year of the Ming Dynasty (1656), there was a kind of "Four Books of Women" in Japan, in which there was no "Female Fan Jielu" but "The Book of Female Filial Piety".
