The test standards that the Chinese Football Association will conduct this year are divided into two types: plain and plateau, which are applicable to teams conducting spring training in Hainan and Kunming Haigeng respectively. The standard for the plain test is 17 speed triples, i.e. 3 2 20m switchback runs are required to increase to 17 speeds, and the total distance will be 2280 meters. In the test, players are required to run at an increasing speed between two markers at a distance of 20 meters. During the return run, the player who took the lead before the start signal was given must return to the start line to start the switchback run again, otherwise he will be disqualified from the test. The "Yoyo" fitness test, also known as the intermittent endurance test, was invented by Jens Bunsb, a doctor of physical education at the August Kroch Institute in Denmark. It simulates the acceleration, deceleration, emergency stop, turning and other actions that frequently occur in football games, and tests the players when they reach the physical limit, mainly testing the endurance of football players when they continue to accelerate, decelerate, stop and turn.
The main form of the "yoyo" physical fitness test is a 20-meter switchback run, and 20 speed indicators are set up to test endurance. In other words, from slow to fast, there are 20 different speed indicators. During the test, the speed of the test subject is controlled by sound signals.
The sound signal is a beep of different rhythms, and the faster the rhythm of the signal, the faster the person should run. For example, in the test, the test team should start the switchback run at the speed of the first stage after hearing the sound signal of the start, and return to the finish line when the second sound signal is heard. After a few switchback runs at the speed of the first level, the athlete moves on to the next switchback run at the speed of the second level.
And so on until all 20 velocity indicators are completed. Finally, the results will be recorded. If a player completes 8 switchbacks at a level 16 speed, he will earn a record of 16 to 8.
