If the phone system is stuck, please follow the steps below:

Solution: Please confirm whether the mobile phone supports dual SIM first, and confirm the method: enter "*" in the mobile phone dial pad to check the mobile phone IMEI number. If there are two sets of serial numbers of IMEI 1 and IEMI 2, it is a dual-SIM phone, and if there is only one set of IMEI numbers, then the mobile phone is a single-SIM phone.

Dual-SIM phones: Nano-SIM card can be installed in card tray position 1, and 1 card or micro SD card can be installed in position 2.

Scenario 3: The phone recognizes the card, but there is no signal.

Problem symptom: The mobile phone can recognize the card, but after insertion, the signal bar is always crossed or the corresponding signal bar is not displayed, but the signal can be inserted into other mobile phones.

Cause: Some models do not support hot swapping, please plug in the card and restart it.
