This thought is suspicious, like the wind passing without a trace, the thought comes and goes is nothing more than their own thoughts, let go is not suppressed is to truthfully know the state of mind of each thought, and then do not impose the suppression of the natural let go! It's not about pressing the ball on the water! Habits dyed with the mind, through repeated practice, if the alertness is strong, in the reverse practice can slowly achieve freedom!
