Wuli Qing: It belongs to the green tea category. Tea for the restoration of history.
In the Song Dynasty, it was called "Nenrui", which was steamed green loose tea, and was successfully produced in the 1990s and called "Xianyu fragrant buds". According to the legend of local tea farmers, this bud tea was called "Wuli Qing" in the Qing Dynasty. It is produced in Guniujiang and its surrounding areas in the National Nature Reserve of southern Anhui, and the main production area is located in Ketian, Zhanda and Dayan areas of Shitai County.
The quality characteristics of Wuli Qing (Bud Stamen Tea): the whole bud is fat and tender, the hairy is disclosed, the tender fragrance is long-lasting, the taste is fresh and mellow, the soup color is light yellow and bright, and the bottom of the leaf is tender and green. The standard of fresh leaves is whole buds, the bud head is fat, and the bud length is 15 20mm.
There are 2 production methods: stir-fried fresh sprouts and needle drawing. The process of stir-frying with fresh buds: fresh leaves, spreading, finishing, hair drying, spreading cooling, foot drying, picking, and making fire. The method of drawing needles is to extract the bud tips from the wool tea of Wuhao or Yunjian, pick them and fill the fire.
In 1995, Wuli Qingya Rui Tea (Xianyu Xiangya) won the title of Provincial Excellent Tea. In the same year, it also won the gold medal of the 6th International New Excellent Invention Technology and Product Selection Exhibition.
In 2002, Anhui Tianfang Tea Industry (Group) and Beijing Daxing Foundation Science and Technology Development jointly established Beijing Wuli Green Tea to operate Wuli Green Tea. From tea packaging to advertising and marketing, we have planned and are now implementing it. It is a gratifying phenomenon in the tea industry that the two large companies in the tea producing area and the tea sales area have joined forces to carry out the operation of famous and special tea with marketing as a breakthrough.
