The adoption of the measures provided for in the preceding paragraph shall be reported in writing to the principal responsible person for the supervision and inspection department, and shall be subject to approval. The adoption of spinal combustion measures provided for in items 4 and 5 of the preceding paragraph shall be reported in writing to the principal responsible person of the people's supervision and inspection department at or above the districted city level, and shall be subject to approval.
